Review 1：check in not knowledgeable/not helpful buffet lines not organized got rooms mixed up wake up calls at wrong hours when asked about aaa discount did not have a clue

Review 3：Considering how good the breakfast was supposed to be, there was a surprising lack of options. It was also of a very generic mass-catered quality, and the majority of it was going well before breakfast hours were over.
Review 4：Pool was very nice.Pool man was not what the hotel needed. He is a liabiality to the hotel because of his procedures of deadbolting door when pool is full. He better be trained at the paramedic level, if he is that much in charge.

Review 6：Staff, especially at breakfast makes you feel like you're in prison. Waited 45 mins for a blanket and pillow, went to get myself 3 times until I found 4 employees hanging out talking (one holding my bedding) and was told it took so long cause they were "busy."

Review 8：There was a rude employee on Saturday night early Sunday morning by the name of Robert he needs to be retrained on how to treat customers especially returning ones that stay there often he could really chase customers away with that kind of attitude:(

Review 10：front desk made to omay mistakes: sent me to a room that was already occupied, then sent me to a room that had not been cleaned, then charged my credit card at checkout whren the reservation had been pre-paid.
Review 11：The bathroom had blood on the toilet and fecal matter around the under rim. Also the bed spreads had hair on them! The bathroom felt very un clean!!

Review 16：I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, everyone was so courteous. Took my 5 year old grandson to go swimming and the pool person was very pleasant and my grandson really enjoyed talking with him as did I. .
Review 17：Stayed one night only. Room was comfortable, staff was helpful, breakfast buffet was good. Normally don't get made-to-order omelets at the hotel buffets, but this one had them. Appears convenient to most attractions in ABQ.
Review 18：The hotel is tired and the decor needs refurbishment. On our floor the carpets in the hallway were soiled, the paint chipped. In the rooms; the paint work was scuffed, grout was dirty. Breakfast was a great disappointment with no more 'modern' breakfast items such as yogurt or muesli. Staff were very indifferent at breakfast and the queue for omelettes was prohibitive. Waste was left by the elevators. Overall, not a good experience.

Review 21：coulnt be served at the restaurant, the wait staff talked me out of eating there and sent me accross the street to the diner, actually glad they did i liked the fact that there wasa room available,only hotel within miles that had a room that night - they gave me a late checkout i was coming in from over seas and was very jet lagged ~

Review 38：wi fi never worked. apparently as it was crowded, servers could not support the demand. also the hotel was holding a convention with kids and they were running and shouting in corridors with no control. taking to the people in reception was a challenge because there were more people waiting to complaint. will never return
