Review 14：No air conditioning in the rooms. We have a young son who needs to sleepin a cooler climate and the room was just way too hot even with thewindow wide open. Also, the "breakfast" was pretty horrible.We missed it most mornings, but the day we had it, we basically atenothing anyway. The hotel needs a lot of work. The exterior looksrundown, the cement outside is completely broken up, and the inside isjust eh. The rooms are dated as well. We ended up sleeping out of thehotel for two nights, giving them the benefit of the doubt that the acwould be fixed, and it never was. Really not the best experience

Review 15：Staff were very helpful. They had issues with the air conditioningsystem and they offered to move us to another room, they offered us afan, but unfortunately the heat did make us change hotels

Review 16：The a/c was broken, so we slept in a room under a 35ºC temperature. The bath-and tap water came out with a rusty tinge, whether due to iron or earthen residue I could not tell. We tried to write down a complaint but contrary to the rule of law the complaints book was absent, "in possession of one of the managers" according to staff (!!!!). Despicable conditions.

Review 17：The hotel is run down and stuck in the past. It would cost a fortune to bring it up to date. But little things would help. The broken shower bracket in our room should have been spotted by house keeping, and also Wifi should be up to speed in all areas.
