Review 1：The room was dirty. I reported to the manager at the next morning that the room was so hot I had to open the door to cool it down after having the heat off for over an hour. Appear to have black mold on the wall beside the shower and the train was very slow in going down in the sink
Review 2：I wish there was breakfast but it was just for 1 night and it's close to other restaurants in the area.
Review 3：I liked that we were greeted with kindness and because they were sold out of the room we originally booked they automatically upgraded us to a bigger room when we checked in.
Review 4：Yes, I am disgusted and feel very betrayed that Red Roof Inn charge my credit card before I arrived. I can assure you I will never use red with him again. I have only to get my credit back for the amount they charge my credit card if there's anything that's wrong I will file charges. I was not notified until I arrived that my credit card had already been charged. If that were the case they should have given me that information up front. Again I will check my card for fraudulent charges and if there are I will file charges.
Review 5：Nothing, the room look clean clean but it felt dirty. There was a huge leak in the bathroom every time you took a shower there was water all over the floor.
Review 6：The overall cleanliness of the room was very good. However, the bathroom shower curtain had a mildewy smell to it which gave the bathroom an off color aroma as well.
Review 7：The hotel was conveniently located off the interstate, generally quiet and near (5 minutes away) from our event. Also convenient to downtown and other tourist events.

Review 10：Rooms that were listed as nonsmoking had been smoked in and odor was heavy with smoke. Even after being transferred to another room, some of the comforters had cigarette burn holes on them. Microwave and refrigerator were unplugged, and toilets flushed poorly. If not for the location and that it was just one night, I would not have stayed here.

Review 13：It was horrible, 1. The room looked nothing like the pictures, very outdated. 2. The toilet seat had a cigarette burn hole in the seat. 3.The was trash next to the bed. 4. Hair on the sheets and pillow case. 5. Air conditioner vent was broken so the vent only pointed straight up not out.

He said the website did not have access to the hotel reservations. He did offer to cancel the reservation.
