Review 1：have stayed here many times before, yet upon this trips check in was told that parking onsite was charged and that there was now a $200 credit card hold for incidentals. This was not updated on the website anywhere. There was a dirty linen cart parked by our apartment front door for 3 hours which we were not impressed by.

Review 2：location, amenities in apartment, cleanliness. Friendly receptionist at check in and check out.

Review 3：Poor internet connection. Concierge was helpful with suggestions and follow up calls but it still didn't work very often. For the price paid we thought parking should be free.

Review 5：Some staff were not helpful and prioritised people on the phone above those waiting to be helped at the desk. There was only one toilet and bathroom for a two room villa. The accommodation was expensive compared to other nearby venues. There was no exercise room or pool.

Review 8：Arrived at 10pm and was requested to check out by 10am. No parking available and have to park at the public car park. Apartment is old and amenities is old. Coffee machine, kettle and other appliances are filled with rust . Super disappointed with the amount that we have paid

Review 14：Internet access started very poor and then disappeared completely after less than a day. (Reception offered to get tech support to call during the evening, but the internet was not sufficiently important for us to justify the interruption.) Hot water was very erratic - it would go go from hot to stone cold in the space of a couple of seconds and then stay cold for about 10 seconds - keeps you on your toes! If you get unit 53, check that this has been fixed.

Review 15：Location (once you find it) at Challenger Harbour is excellent with food outlets nearby. Adjacent road is quiet and there is a good view of the fishing harbour.

Review 22：I was allocated a 2 bedroom apartment instead of the 1 bedroom that I booked, and although many would consider this an upgrade, I found it far too roomy. Had I known I was getting a 2 bedroom, work colleagues could have stayed in my room (they ended up booking elsewhere). The door looked as though someone had previously tried to break in, and there is no security preventing non-guests from walking through the premises. All of this combined (including room type) left me feeling unsafe. I was very much looking forward to getting to the room, and crawling into bed and watching TV (as it was Telethon weekend). Unfortunately there were no TVs in the bedroom(s), which were on the 2nd floor, only a small TV in the lounge. The hotel charges a fee for paying with credit card. Parking at the hotel is not free for guests, so expect to pay $15 per day (and credit card fee if applicable). Just a small warning about the terms the hotel uses to describe the rooms. I ordered a Harbour View, with the expectation of having an outlook over yachts etc. It was my mistake, as the room with a view of boats is a Marina View, not a Harbour View, which overlooks the road, carpark and entrance to Fishing Boat Harbour beyond. They have a nespresso coffee machine in the room, and offer 3 pods, of which 2 are decaf. As a frequent traveler, I have an excellent understanding of hotel rooms and prices. When staying in Fremantle again, I don't think I would choose this hotel again, as I feel it is overpriced for the standard it is, when there is an excellent hotel 5 minutes away.

Review 31：The fact that my deposit was banked before I had left home. A hefty surcharge for use of Amex was not stated.I could have used other cards if this had been known. This cashing of the card has never happened in all my years of travelbefore. Also cashed the $200.00 surety and said it would be refunded.I did not like their monetary policies. No safety features in the bathroom,ie non slip bath bottom, and no grab rail for exiting shower over the bath,very dangerous for elderly patrons.

Review 32：We chose and had confirmation for a one bedroom with private balcony. Reserved car parking advised as $10 per day. Checkin staff member we had was excellent but her colleague's over zealous interruptions brought to our attention we had room switched. Upon arriving in room and further questioning found out balcony room had been allocated to us but given to other guests just before our arrival. We had ground floor and public patio. Badly done. At check out advised parking $25 day. Staff admitted had been increased from $10 - whopping increase. We got for $10. Hotels can't backdate increases in rooms or parking and online sites must be kept up to date. Free WIFI woeful. Reserved parking spaces minimal.

Review 34：We had to pay for parking in the council carpark or pay $25 to use the hotel carpark. As well as taking the required amount for the apartment out of my credit card, they took an extra $200 and told me I will get it back in 5-10 working days!!!!

Review 68：The three bedroom apartment was fantastic for our larger family (we have 4 children). So we all fit very comfortably and all had space and privacy when we wanted it. Super location on the marina, great environment, very peaceful and relaxing and walking distance to all your need for a great family break. We ended up staying another night as we loved it so much and will definitely stay again! Rooms have just been refurbished and they look and feel very modern and luxurious. We were very impressed!

We call the rececption to complain this matter , she told me that sometimes the system was like this . I don't understand that this hotel charge us so expensive as a 5 star hotel price, but that is no hot water to bath.
