Review 1：For the money it was nothing above and beyond. I had read many reviews about how awesome the owners were but never met them. Only had contact the one person who served the breakfast.
Review 2：The location was quiet, out of the way but close enough to Fredericksburg to make it a quick trip.
Review 3：The only issue we had was it was a little far from town. We were there to see the night life and go to all of the wineries and we just thought 10 minutes was a little to far from the tour bus we were taking. We liked the bed and breakfast feel but we are used to hotel stays and this was our first bed and breakfast but it was still an absolutely wonderful experience.
Review 4：It was so cozy and comfortable. The breakfast each morning was absolutely amazing and we loved seeing butterball every time we left the cottage. It was so private and romantic and we were able to star gaze the last night of our stay. We felt like we were the only guests there and the staff really catered to us. The price point was perfect.

Review 8：Great room with fireplace and hot tub. Very relaxing in front of the fireplace and in the hot tub.We were there for two nights and had a great time. The owner told us about the best places to eat and he cooked two great breakfasts!
Review 9：The property is conveniently located and kept in good condition. Matt, the owner, was very accommodating, knowledgeable of the area, and provided excellent breakfast. The room was clean, and accurately portrayed through the photographs provided. I would highly recommend the Full Moon Inn B&B to anyone traveling to the area, and plan on returning in the future.
Review 10：Picture on the TV was too dark to watch- not able to adjust it. Fridge in the bathroom worked like a freezer. Staff brought breakfast to room, but did not remove dishes. Staff did not pick up or leave fresh towels each day.

Review 12：It was a wonderful property suitable for anyone wanting a true country experience: open spaces, rocking chairs on front porches, chicken coup, John Deere green tractor, barn yard bar, water well, gorgeous trees, and breathless sunrise and sunset views on property. Perfect location near plenty of hill country notable vineyards and a short drive to Fredrickburgs' main town shops.
Review 13：Full Moon was a wonderful place to stay. The breakfast was awesome! Location is great, away from all of the crowds, but close enough to the wineries, Enchanted Rock and other points of interest.
Review 14：I would have benefited from a grab bar in the shower area. However, it probably would take away from the aesthetics of the cabin.

Review 16：We were really put off by the owner. His crude and inappropriate comments were very unwelcome. There is no cleaning service while you are there. So, no fresh towels, clean coffee cups etc.

Review 20：Was disappointed after seeing the pictures online. We rented a 2 bedroom cabin. The bathroom was very small with old fashioned bathtub. The shower head kept falling off. We were in the room next to the office with the laundry room connected to our cabin. The first night the owner knocked on our door about 8:30 to get us to unlock the back door so he could get in the laundry room. Later someone came to our door that needed a room. Breakfast was not that good. Owner seems to be struggling to keep the place going.
Review 21：Everything. Matt made you feel as if he had known you for years. Very comfortable surroundings, very clean. Food and atmosphere excellent! We will be back.
Review 22：Compact refrigerator in room didn't work. No shower. TV was very small. 19 inch. Left shoes in room and was told they would be mailed to us, but never got them.

Review 27：This was our first time to visit the Full Moon Inn. It has a very relaxing, inviting appeal that you feel as soon as you arrive. Matt is an incredible host. He sets you up for completely enjoyable experience. The location is just far enough away to feel like you are a million miles from anywhere, yet in reality you are a few minutes from al of the Fredericksburg attractions. My wife and I will be back for sure.
Review 28：Matt was a amazing host. The beautiful grounds, quiet,deer, chickens were quaint and lovely. Although the furnishings are worn and dated the experience was fresh and relaxing. Comfortable bed too! Definitely will be a return!
Review 29：It's a little hard to find at first. It's also not a quaint place with handmade quilts and antique furniture like some B&B's, but we didn't mind.
Review 30：The property was right around the corner from Luckenbach, TX and very close to all of the wineries along 290. The owner was really nice and informative. The room had a private bath and we parked right outside. Breakfast was great with eggs, sweet potato pancakes and surprisingly good coffee.

Took several hours to get it to feel cooler. - Minor issue w/dust in room. Not terrible but with allergy/asthma sufferers in family, the dust was an irritant. - Satellite TV did not work. Minor inconvenience since we didn't spend much time in the rooms.

Review 38：This B&B had a down to earth, ranch feel which I completely loved. We stayed in the Smoke House Cottage, and it was right next to the breakfast room, which made it very convenient in the morning. Our room was quiet, cozy and above all else clean as a whistle. Matt gave us probably the best experience as far as being the property owner. The breakfast he made us was wholesome and delicious. Overall, I would definitely book here again for our next trip to Fredericksburg and highly recommend this location to any other people that want the B&B experience!

Me and my wife enjoyed the stay and Matt, the owner, personally welcomes you with all the places to visit while you stay there. The breakfast in the morning made by Matt is wonderful. We do not like to wait until 9:00 am to eat breakfast, so we had to skip it. the room had a very small TV mounted on the wall, and could not be seen. the Grape suite should have a sofa or something to relax and watch tv could not figure out how to turn shower on , no lever around turn on valve. Capt Matt is a good guy and has the start of a good business. we would return but would ask for another suite.

We offered to pay for only one night, but were refused andreminded of 10 day cancellation policy. No other accomodations wereoffered on property.
