Review 1：People in parking lot and security guard at 3 in the morning acting suspicious. My husband was getting an oxygen tank and interrupted two people "inspecting" different vehicles. Guard was acting like he was in on activities. Made my husband have awful feeling so he got in our car and left area.

My son is autistic and got scared so this was not good. I did issue a complaint and although polite management offered a food credit instead of reducing the price of the room .

Called the front desk 3x. Finally at 5am the security came to speak to them. When we asked to speak to the manager at checkout, he completely disregarded our complaint and said they followed protocol. Slipped us our bill and walked away.

I was in an acident and broke both of my legs and wasstaying there for my dr appoiment and really I cant do much of anythingand yes I was looking fwd to using the net , didnt and couldnt get anywifi, called the front desk five times threw out my stay to see ifanything could be done ... Nope , "sometimes in these buildings thewifi acts funny" they said they would drop a 5.99 off my bill ....yea ... and the ac could use some upgrades also ..

Review 59：After check in we arrived to our room and found a plumber working on the sink.... Comforting! AC was horrible and didn't cool the room. Slept with only the sheets. After complaining to the front desk a filter was changed which didn't help. Room also had sheet rock damage, and the toilet paper holder was detached from the wall ( which I asked them to repair).I have stayed there multiple times, always great. This visit was truly disappointing.

Review 61：Our room type was not available when we checked in. We were upgraded but had to move into our room type the next day. We spent unnecessary time having to move. I would think a hotel such as this would make sure they had room enough for those reservations made in advance.

Review 69：Our room was not ready when we arrived at 4:30. They did give us restaurant credit to compensate. But, really? Check in is 3 pm. Only one regular coffee Keurig capsule in the room. Other offerings were decaf and black tea.

Review 70：Bathroom large with great shower. Bed very comfortable. Large room with balcony view of plains and mountains where it was perfect to drink morning coffee and read. Very delicious dinner at high end Embers restaurant. Oysters, steak, caesar salad, crabcakes !!

Review 71：I had in the past coupons for a special room rate. This July 2015, I did not received anything by first time in years. It was expensive for two rooms. So, I don't think I will be there in the future.

Review 72：Besides the spa the rest of the "resort" was not very comfortable. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything. Front desk staff was not very hospitable. The Fun Connect establishment attached to the casino was mostly broken and out of service.In all not a very relaxing vacation.

Review 87：The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke, with the exception of our room. But honestly, the hotel lobby, elevators, restaurants all smell like smoke. Also couldn't get any appointments at the spa, they were booked the entire time we stayed.

There are pregnant women who shouldn't have to inhale all that garbage.

Review 91：Cannot have alcohol in the casino (state law). Casino is not 24hr. None of the restaurants or wait staff were remotely impressive, especially for the price. NOTHING is close to the property. You have to drive quite a ways for anything. Very disappointing for the price we paid and expectations of casino based on their website explanation.

Review 109：Staff were clueless, I walked in and asked for a room, usually I'd say I spoke to a gentleman but this guy was a jerk. I asked for a room and he told me there were none left completely booked, maybe I did not look like a certain standard and maybe thats why he said there were no rooms. I walked out went to booking.com placed a reservation and when I walked back in, explained I just made a reservation to a different front desk personel, the one that told me there were no rooms left, "completely booked" wouldn't even look me in the face not even my direction. So I would have to assume that according to the way I was dressed, I didn't fit his criteria. Regardless of what or how he felt about me, I regret staying in this resort, non smoking rooms still felt like we were inhaling second hand smoke. Unless your into all that, I would not recommend It.

Review 116：Embers restaurant was closed Monday so we ate at The second restaurant had the steak (special) and it was terrible with cold potato and hard asparagus. Would not eat there again. The other was the center bar and came in with my husband and sat down. I got a cell call and had to step outside to hear. When I returned I was asked for ID. What was that about have never had that happen before and have been in Casinos all over the country.

Most of the lights in our room didn't work and when we told the front desk they brushed it off so nothing got fixed during our stay. And for $200 a night I should've gotten a room that everything worked correctly! I mean I understand 1 thing wrong but all these things is ridiculous

Review 133：I could hear every noise from the elevator ding to people talking in the hallway. Not sound proof at all. And the shower was tiny! Awful water pressure and some dinky connection hose only had one setting, extra high! It was not relaxing or comfortable at all! The lighting in the bathroom was too dim. Also for the amount of $ spent on the room, I just expected more ammenities and better quality. The casino was a lot smaller than I expected.

Review 140：Did not like the fact that a casino you were not allowed to have alcohol in your room. Come on folks it is suppose to be a casino! People drink and spend money! So the only place you can drink is a small controlled circle with very few slot machines. Okay so me and my girl play the slots and start winning then for no reason say they can't serve us anymore. My thought is the eye in the sky saw us winning and figured if we cut off there drinks they will leave! Yep your right we did and we will never come back!
