Review 1：We had reserved King size bed and received 2 doubles in the room. There was a smell in the room. And some mold like stains in the bathroom.

Review 3：Floor wasn't swept. Not as advertised. Need to bring own plunger. Needs new shower head. Change online to non smoking.and clean dirty condoms out of parking lot. No coffee pot! No breakfast.

Review 5：There was NO hot water, so we all had to take cold showers, their "free Wi-Fi" didn't work in our room at least,if we needed to get online we had to go outside the door of our room and stand in the cold outside to use it!

Review 11：Ac/heater unit was never changed. Vents broke. Knobs wore not knowing what temp was on. Very dirty looking. Very old. Charged twice. Once on line, and again at desk. Gave a story why charged twice made no sense. Had to call bank to cancel a charge.

Review 13：Rooms to close to adjacent restaurant. No complimentary breakfast. No coffee maker in the room. Bathroom & bath needed some repairs. Not enough large towels. Only had 2 clothes hangers. Was lucky that I brought my own hangers from home.

Review 15：Basically it was a seedy and unattractive place: very smelly, shower didn't work right, etc. and no extra lock on our room door (just the one that can be opened by the maid) - didn't feel safe!

Review 17：Clean room. My husband is in a wheelchair. There was not enough room between the bed and dresser for him to get to the bathroom. Also the bed was way to high to transfer him into it from the wheelchair.
Review 18：When I mentioned the lack of fridge the next morning, the desk clerk (possibly owner?) looked confused and said the rooms didn't all have fridges, despite the listing. His son said we should have said something the night before. We weren't going to switch rooms at midnight in the rain over a fridge!
Review 19：We arrived late at night to a newly renovated room, but it was missing the amenities that the listing had promised, like the fridge and microwave. The renovation seemed to have been more of a new paint job and new bed, as the bathroom was still old and in need of work. The toilet was not firmly fixed, so it rocked as you sat on it.
Review 20：The property was supposedly remodeled recently. If our room was remodeled I would hate to see what it was prior! The only thing we could tell is that the room had a new sink. The TV had very poor reception, the rooms (we checked 2) smelled of stale smoke even though they were supposedly non-smoking. The second day the room did not get made up ,towels and soap etc. No hair dryer in the room. No toiletries the first day. Furniture was in poor shape..........

Review 22：He said he Never received an email from booking.com. Wasn't very nice. The first room deadbolt didn't lock, changed rooms and that didn't either. Just gave up and went to bed. Staying there with my mother and was put on the creeper side of the hotel :/

Review 32：Our reservation was confirmed on-line for Friday and Saturday evenings, however, when we arrived, their records showed a Saturday/Sunday stay. Unfortunately for us, they had a room or we would have searched for another place to stay. We were disappointed that the facility and amenities were not as represented online. There was no refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker or any conveniences as listed online. Also, when we booked the reservation, we were asked to indicate whether we would like the "free breakfast" included with our room. There was no breakfast available, unless you count the room temperature coffee that was available in the lobby. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room temperature was difficult to control. Consequently, the room was cold and there were no extra blankets. Please understand that we are not ones to usually complain, however, this over-priced, disappointing experience taught us a valuable lesson. Pay close attention to the reviews on this facility.
