Review 1：Nice quit Area next to a local Village, bicycle rental to get around. 10 min in Old City, 5 min to the Temples. Easy reach able with Cycles. Has really delicious Breakfast and Diner. Water and Coffee for free what is not usually.

Review 5：greetings, We booked without breakfast but nevertheless the owner gave us a little breakfast for free and a little present for my wife her birthday. They helped us to find a place to stay for another night in Ayutthaya. ( Baan Rim Klong resort was fully booked for an other night.)

Review 8：Although it looks a distance from the historical park it is actually quite nearby. The owners are wonderful people who do everything possible to make it an enjoyable stay. I feel more like a friend now than a customer. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and the shower water was warm every time. The breakfast was adequate and the evening meals on the decking were most enjoyable, why go into town? I thoroughly recommend Baan Rim Klong Resort and it will be my first choice next time I am in Old Sukhothai.
Review 9：If you went back to the resort after dark, you may need a flashlightbecause there was no street lamp and it was really dark.
Review 10：The resort was located in rural area, so it was really quiet. It tookyou 10 minutes to ride a bike to the Historical Park. And you could seeso much rural scenery and pass by some historical sites.
Review 11：Our bungalow wasn't very spacious, there's a closet for some clothes and possibly your suitcase or back, but if you don't stay long you don't fully unpack and your backpack is in the way.
Review 12：Staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. Good value for money, you get a nice, well isolated bungalow with silent airconditioner. Resort offers bikes which take you in an easy bike ride of no more than 10 minutes to the historical park.

Review 15：Event though we were the only clients we were given the 2 worst bungalows. We found many rat excrements in ours, and the cleaningness was poor overall. There is a pond nearby so it's full of mosquitos. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and the roads are dark so do not expect to go around without a car by night (still takes 10mins only to go to the ruins by bike) Not really a good deal from our experience.

Review 30：the photo in the website is quite different from the real one. we got a bit old little house, we use only one quick night before heading back. The cleanliness in the room should be improve, the bathroom is smelly from less air circulation.
Review 31：location is great , close to historical park, you can ride a bicycle, around 1.5 km. Very private zone... staying alone in the jungle, they have new house and own one. then it is your choice. The owner is great to take care us for breakfast.
Review 32：One of the bikes that they aired the tires up for us to use ended up being a bit of a dud (wobbly tire and very loose steering that we had to get tightened while in town), which made it less enjoyable biking the not insignificant distance to the Historical Park in some relatively heavily trafficked areas.

Our limited interactions with the owners were very pleasant, and they were all very nice. The grounds are quiet and it is green and lovely out at Baan Rim Klong. We enjoyed our stay overall and would return again.
Review 34：Peacefully quiet. It lacks the luxuries of many other resorts, but that isn't really the point. Simplicity is the key here, to provide a zen like sanctuary, perfect for relaxation and reflection. The charming family that run the place are very helpful and accommodating. Great place.

Review 37：A lot of mosquitoes even in the winter! Do wrap your self good at night. Wifi is only available around reception office and it is really really slow! Way to the hotel is too far to walk from old town bus station/park entrance, it took us 15 mins by biking, and the lane from main road to hotel (around 600 metres) is very dark, without any lighting at night.
Review 38：Lovely cottage in good condition, nice garden, the room we stayed is one of the smallest, everything was fine but would be better if there is desk in the room (there are stone table & stools on the on the lawn just outside the cottage). The boss is nice and very helpful. You can have your transpotation arranged here or ask for advice only, price is the same.

We've travelled quite a bit and very few times have we found somewhere as great as this. You can also rent bicycles there to get around Sukhotai.
Review 48：Cozy, family-run resort with convenient location, friendly staff and scenic setting. The bungalows are small yet pretty and have large bathrooms. You are in a jungle there, with all its sounds and scents (flowers!), and it's still very clean. They have bikes for rent on which you can roam around old Sukhothai. Wish we could stay longer!

They have very good bikes for only 50 bahts a day also, andreasonable prices for pick ups.... The staff are a very kind Thai familywho were really wiling to help out on anything... We would stay hereagain if we go back!
