Review 1：person up stairs had heavy feet. I did not notify the office. My biggest pet peeve is there was no coffee available in the room or office

Review 5：WiFi was basically nonexistant. I piggybacked off someone else's hotspot since the hotel internet would take 5 minutes just to open google. Also you pay up front instead of when you leave, never had that happen before. May be their way of keeping people from just moving on after a night.
