Review 4：Good location, near the river, near night market (a lot of foods, fresh fruits and more things to eat), near 7-11shop, there have a bicycles for rent, not too far from the Historical Park and Museum, I really love the decoration style, friendly staffs and good breakfast.

Review 7：I ordered two rooms - with double and twin beds, but were given both with twin, referring to the fullness of of the hotel. However, neither that day nor the next morning at breakfast I did not see any other guests. Had to show displeasure, the room was changed. Be persistent. Staff relaxed, management probably is sleeping )

Review 13：Very nice hotel with very friendly staff that cleaned my bike free of charge after a days riding through the muddy rain. They had arranged Kra-Thongs for the hotel guests because of the Loy Kra-Thong festival. Can recommend to anyone.

Review 14：When we got to the room that we had booked and there was a leak in the bathroom and there were workers banging away right outside the window, so we asked to change room. They said there was only standard rooms left with twin beds, and we had booked a double. But we still changed, and then there was no hot water, so I complained to the reception because we had so many problems, and they said I would have to pay extra to change to get a better room. After we argued and complained even more, they eventually moved us to a better room. In that room we had hot water, but the holder on the wall for the shower was broken, so we had to hold it up while showering, and then in the morning, there was not hot water at all.

Review 34：It is not far from the Ping River, just a walk distance. We can enjoy the morning activities there such as walking, jogging. Locals are friendly.

Review 35：Even though the air con worked normally, due to the hot season it tookpretty long to cool off the deluxe room located on the sunset side ofthe hotel. Hotel may consider to switch on the air con one hour beforeconfirmed guest arrival.

Review 36：Nicely surprised to find such a well designed and decorated hotel anddeluxe room in a provincial town. Thai food in the restaurant was verytasty and well presented at very reasonable price. Reception andtechnician took very quick action to fix a problem with the tv in ourroom, which after worked fine.

Review 37：I didn't like that that the room took over 4 hours to cool down. We were in an end room that had an outside wall and the heat radiated thru the walls for hours after sundown. We also had an infestation of ants. There were ants in our beds, ants in our bathroom, in our medicine boxes, everywhere! Breakfast was adequate.

Review 39：At the time of visit, the hot water system was out of order. Being a cycle tourist, I needed a shower badly. After waiting an hour , staff told me the problem. After 2 hours I had repacked my bags ready to leave. The manager spoke with me, apologized and explained no hot Water will be available till tomorrow. He offered a free dinner at the in house restaurant as compensation which I accepted. (As a show of good will) So, I had a cold shower, but, also the cold water pressure was negligible. Indeed an extremely poor shower. Ultimately, no compensation can overcome a mega dismal shower for a hot and sweaty cycle tourist. P I think I was considered to be low on their priority list as I had not paid top dollar for a room. Strong Consideration should be given to maintenance issues. Basically, the whole bathroom needed refurbishment. Dismal water pressure, cracked hand basin, leaky taps, air con overflow into shower area, ants and exhaust fan not working.

Review 44：The stuff is friendly and awesome, the hotel has it's own restaurant with live music (different bands) and cozy atmosphere. Decor was quite modern and very clean, location is close to night market. I will recommend this hotel by all means.

Review 49：The hotel tried to charge us double the quoted cost claiming we checked in late and they gave us a different room. In fact we checked in at 5.30 pm and were not informed of any change if room. This caused a bit of a stand off when checking out. We ended up paying the quoted price.
