Review 1：Bugs, Black mold, cobwebs in corners, dirty pillow shams, air/heat unit had broken parts some taped in places, shower enclosure flaking, door locks difficult to work. See photos added. It's a shame more photos couldn't be added! Have several to back up complaints!

Review 3：The room was cold when we checked in and the window-unit heater blew a circuit breaker which also affected a lamp & electrical outlet. The owner's son (night desk person) did not know how to resolve the electrical and brought electric heaters that were deficient. There was only enough hot water for one of us to shower, and it was only lukewarm. And then, there were the noisy neighbors - the guys in the room next door. I'm not sure what the stains on the drapes was, and the bathroom curtain fabric was so rotten that it fell apart to the touch; there was already a large rip in the curtain, which we repaired with duct tape for privacy. This place could use an updated TV and service, carpet, drapes, mattress (this one is at least 20 years old), linens, and comforter. We'll be staying elsewhere next time.

Review 5：The property was very old and in need of renovation. I could only find one electrical outlet and it was located at the entry door adjacent to the television. The faucet handles in the shower were closed so tightly that I momentarily thought a wrench was going to be required for initiating my shower. The shower head projected a water stream almost totally devoid of pressure and, at the conclusion of my shower, I was unable to exert sufficient torquing to the faucet handles to completely shut off the water. The television set was a very old model (i.e. forget about any flatscreens here). The bedding was clean but appeared old and had clearly been through much use and many washings over the years. I stayed only one night, but my monthly credit card statement indicated that I had been charged for two nights. I have contacted the hotel and been told that they will submit a credit to my credit card account. I am anxiously awaiting my next credit card statement to verify that they have followed though as promised.

The suite is old, the carpet, towels and bed linens looked dirty, the TV did not work. The AC would shut off automatically at night. No soap. Laminate tiles and carpet coming undone. Old stained tub.

Review 54：Honestly, if you have an option to stay anywhere else in Fredricksburg, do it. Thankfully I took sheets, blankets and pillows because we slept on top of the bedspread. It looked like it was 20 years old at least. We just needed a roof over our heads and that's about all we got....
Review 55：The shower was awful, the water trickled out. The mini fridge did not work, we had to put ice in it to keep things cool. The ice machine broke as we were using it. The whole environment did not seem safe. For the price they charged, you would think they could upkeep the hotel better.

The tile in the bathroom was cracked and dingy and our towels were stained and dingy. I have stayed in many low budget hotels but never one so nasty for 125.00 a night

The TV was at least 20 years old and the reception was lousy. The Wifi was spotty and only strong enough for emails. Save your money!

We were forced to stay 1 night because Booking.com told us there were no rooms left in the area. We had to go buy our own bedding. However, Selena with Booking tried her best to help us, to no avail.
