Review 2：The breakfast buffet was very extensive and superb! Heavenly home made cakes and everything you would desire! We had a warm welcome and the tour around our home for the next 4 days took a while as the area was very big! We had a lot of privacy and everything was there to give you a nice holiday. Nice terrace, a great kitchen with lots of flair The pool was nice and the billiard table was also a nice extra :) When we were leaving we received even a very warm goodbye and a thoughtful present

Review 3：We just felt at home. This place is so nice and comfortable, with so many delicious details that make you wish to stay living there. The breakfasts are amazing with freshly baked cakes everyday. The host is super helpful and friendly as well as the staff. As we travelled with our 1 year old son, it was great to be able to dispose of a baby bathtub, a crib and a baby chair for meals that we could prepare, using the nice, big and perfectly equipped kitchen of the house. Well located to visit Gerês or Braga.

Review 4：Easy distance from Braga and not hard to find, this bed and breakfast was like home from home! Beautiful, peaceful setting and home cooked aperitifs and breakfast.

Review 5：We were welcomed with wine, local ham and cheese. As Rosa and Elias the owners do not speak English, they had arranged for the English speaking Ana Maria to be there to welcome us. From the outset, everyone went beyond what anyone could expect to make us feel welcome. Our room was spacious and comfortable with air conditioning which was essential as temperatures were around 35 degrees. Breakfast was a feast with different home made cakes and pastries every day with the fresh juice and various hams, cheeses and eggs not to mention yoghurt, home made jams and more. And guests have full use of the well equiped kitchen to make their own food should they wish. We didn't use it other than to store drinks in the fridge. One potential drawback is the lack of restaurants within walking distance but on our first night, Ana Maria showed us how to get to the local Bar Adega which provides simple food which is great as long as you don't want anything fancy. It was also remarkably inexpensive with beer on tap or in bottles and local wine that kept us more than happy. The owner of the bar, Sandra, was just as welcoming as everyone at the Casa. The Casa has a lovely pool area and well-kept gardens including lots of vegetables and even Rita the goat! The house has a very comfortable living room where you can relax and watch the tv or read a book and there is also a dining room where breakfast or meals prepared by yourself can be taken if the weather wasn't so good. And there's a shaded area outside where you can sit and relax or eat breakfast. And there are also beds (not just sun beds but an actual bed with curtains around it) and hammocks around the pool. And on top of that, there is a small gym with treadmill, cross trainer and a few weights which we used every day to help justify all the eating and drinking.

The Owners welcome you as you are not the guests of the hotel but theirs personal guests. We've already told our friends about this very special place and Unforgettable Mrs.Roza probably would be very busy next 2 years

Review 8：My wife and I very much enjoyed this pousada. If you like thoughtful, timely gestures like afternoon tea waiting for you when you return or an evening glass of port, then this is the spot. A very beautiful place with hammocks, pool, gym and two lovely owners who really try to make the experience personalized.
