Review 1：The wifi didn't reach my room, it was available in the hallway though.

Review 2：It was very clean, the rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. The lighting is nice. It had a small kitchen corner that was in a good state with gas cooker, sink and fridge. The staff was very kind and helpful. There is a nice playground right in front of the hotel which is really convenient for couples with children. Parking space largely available. Complementary breakfast was very basic but all right with some room for improvement.

Review 3：for some reasons not made clear to me, towels are not provided even though stated on the booking printout. very limited English-speaking capabilities of the staff.

Review 9：The breakfast arrangement on Friday 8th January was a mess. No proper planning as per the crowd. Many guest were waiting without food, some left the coffee shop disappointed without having breakfast. It requires arrangement as per the number of guests in the apartments.

Review 11：We used the hotel in winter. The room didn't have heater in windows A/C. The staff was a great help, and provided us with oil heater which helped us a bit.
