Review 1：Early morning music and chatter from a community broadcast system, started at 04:30hrs until 09:00hrs, needed noise reduction headset to sleep.

Review 5：1. One of us got injury from nails left From previously bed repaired the hotel doesn't have even a first aid kit. 2. Air conditioner always woke us In the middle of the night during startup and running noise and vibration. 3. Breakfast always run out before closing time, ensure to be in the first group for breakfast.

Review 6：There is a sign of uneven floor in toilet. Staff always smile and helpful.

Review 7：Dogs barking outside kept us awake. VERY loud music outside at 7:30 am, woke us up after the pitiful amount of sleep we had due to the barking dogs. HORRIBLE, aggressive, irritating pop music over the sound system, which we couldn't escape as there were speakers everywhere, while we were trying to eat our breakfast. Management at this, otherwise good hotel, need to consider their customers needs or they will lose business. Take heed of this, Chakungrao management - let your guests eat their breakfast and sit in the lobby without annoying the hell out of them with aggressive irritating garbage over the sound system. Do something about the poor sound isolation between the rooms and the outside. We left the hotel tired, restless, irritated and disgruntled. We will not be returning there, which is a shame, because the room itself was nice.

Review 13：Rooms were hot and air conditioning noisy. Poor lighting in bathrooms. One of the rooms had a mouldy shower curtain. The staff were uninterested and the bar staff clueless - the drinks that we were served were not what we ordered. Breakfast was poor - there were insects crawling on the food and tables where the buffet was.
