Review 1：maid left a dirty, wet rag on dresser. maid only replentished one coffee bag for coffee maker. maid did not give new plastic cups - old cup was cracked and leaked water.

Review 3：Ancient bathroom with no vanity. The room itself was in a dark area beside the supply room. The area was unlighted and creepy.

Review 10：A cute, clean, family-oriented place, situated very close to Erie's best assets (Waldemeer Park and Presque Isle Park). Friendly staff, convenient part of town with plenty of decent restaurants nearby. The owners have done a nice job of turning what once was an average roadside motel into a cute clean family friendly place.
Review 11：The room smelled of dog and cleaner and baby powder. Luckily we had a diffuser with some essential oils that allowed us to sleep relatively comfortably. Other thing we were told the ice machine would be accessible until 11 and the office was locked up tight by 10pm. Ice machine should be located where you can get ice during the night time. Also the girl that checked us out on Sunday seemed to be put out and annoyed that she had to do it.

Review 13：The room needed updating and smelled funny, but my biggest complaint was how thin the walls were Complimentary breakfast consists only of apples, cereal, and gross pastries. The milk for my cereal was warm, and my pastry had a hair in it

Review 15：the only problem we had was that being a senior the step to get into the room was a bit high and with my husband being visually handicapped it was a bit hard for him with no yellow markings, but manged and will return if we are in the area.

Review 23：It was just a one night stay the room was quaint, old style but nice and clean with a microwave, small refrigerator and small coffee pot it was perfect for what we wanted. If we would have traveled with our dog though we would not been able to stay there.
Review 24：It was the second year my friend and I stayed here for our now annual girl's getaway. It's like stepping into the 60's. The place is so quaint and beautiful. The rooms aren't showy--just neat and comfortable. And, we LOVE the fact we can open the screened windows or leave the screen door open.

Glass House Inn is conveniently located to some of Erie's best attractions. We have stayed here multiple times and don't have any complaints. This is our go to place in Erie.

Review 47：I was in Eire for a Church General Synod. After being in meetings all day each day, it was great to have a quiet place to come back to and kick off my shoes. It was an easy commute to where the meetings were being held. The price was more reasonable than the hotel where the Synod was being held. The room was comfortable, the staff was very helpful.

Review 53：We stayed at The Glass House Inn for three nights in September 2014. It was a perfect home base for travel to Presque Isle State Park, the wineries and locations in downtown Erie, PA. It was our bed at night and our breakfast in the morning, we pretty much were out and about during the day. We thought the Inn was clean and comfortable, we even used the heated pool every afternoon after we got back from sight seeing and caught the last sunshine of the day, very pleasant. The staff was friendly and we had a chance to speak with the owners daily during our stay. We've already talked about staying here again when we return to this area.

Review 57：Good job of refurbishing an older highway motel. Fresh paint & carpet. No old/musty smells. Flowers, pool well cared for. Staff was pleasant & answered questions about local restaurants. Bed & chairs comfortable. 2 windows that opened for evening breeze.
Review 58：Traffic noise. Very small refrigerator. The rooms and furnishings were very outdated but everything was clean. We stayed 2 nights and they forgot to clean our room, apparently it was missed by accident. The bed was somewhat hard for my taste but we would stay again for the price.
Review 59：The location was good, close to Presque Isle. It was located on a busy street but we never had a problem getting out on the highway. Within walking distance to a sandwich shop so we could pick up sandwiches for a day at the beaches. We liked the light continental breakfast. Cereal, bagels, fruit, danishes, juice and coffee. The pool looked nice but it was not hot enough to use it.

Review 62：The attitude of the girl on staff was horrible. There Christian prayer they had on the bed did not reflect at all the attitude of the one staff person. The bed might have just have been on the highway outside because that's how loud the noise was of the cars passing by all night long while I trying to sleep. Sorry but this is my honest opinion and I won't be back.
