Review 1：We stayed 2 nights and the room wasn't cleaned after the first night. All they did was make the bed. The dirty towels were not removed and the floors were not swept.

Review 2：The friendliness of the staff and the breakfast.

Review 3：We were promised a refrigerator, and when we got there at 9:00 pm we were told there was no fridge and no TV in the room. They were sold out so we had to take the room as it was. We were very anxious about checking in to the hospital the next day, and I really wanted a glass of cold wine, and my husband wanted to calm down by watching TV. We weren't very happy.

Review 4：Staff was very accomodating. We were given a bit of a discount because of the problem with lack of refrigerator and TV. The staff person took our food and put it in the fridge that the motel uses.

Review 5：Desk told us at check-in that we should wait until morning to change name/card for billing the second room, then received invoice under the door without change.

Review 76：Our room had not been properly serviced. One of the beds had been "made", but under the coverlet, the sheets had not been changed or straightened, and had make-up streaks in several places. There was a wet towel on the shower curtain rod. We checked in rather late, and were eager to rest. We felt the staff handled out complaint fairly well: The desk clerk quickly provided satisfactory room, offering to help us move our belongings. When checking out, we were given a 10% discount on the room, which we felt was minimal compensation.

Review 82：The hotel staff went out of their way to be helpful. The spa area isbeautiful although the flooring is pretty rough,especially for youngchildren. Flip flops or water shoes would easily fix the problem. Thebreakfast was also very good.

Review 83：The lounge area was noisy with one particular group until nearlymidnight. I happened to be on same floor and close to this area. Havingearly morning meetings it cost me a few hours of sleep. Managementshould have quiet time after 10pm in this area. Next time I will ask forroom away from this lounge. Good thing is it is also the breakfast areaand makes it easy to get food for breakfast, and/or take back to yourroom if so desired.
