Review 1：Hotel based in the city center - 3 minutes walk from the castle. Hotel is very quiet and clean. Personnel very helpful and customer-focused. Will come back for certain.

Review 2：The hotel is functional, but that is all it is. It does not have any atmosphere and you can feel that people are just doing their job, nothing more/nothing less. I found the constant buzzing of the ventilation system in the room very annoying as well as the view over the courtyard (carpark). You cannot leave your window open because there is some monster of a generator or whatever switching on and off all the time, that produces enormous noice.

Review 6：- We wanted double room, unfortunately they were fully booked so we got room with two beds joined together, not the fault of the hotel but it was not to comfy to sleep- on the pictures the hotel looks a bit of higher standard than it was in reality - it is clean and ok, but not 4 * hotel look for me

Review 10：The staff is amazingly kind and helpful, the breakfast is one of the best (Breakfast by Tina Nordström), there is also the possibility to have a good free coffee in the breakfast area and the staff was so kind to give me some apple juice too, a gesture that was very appreciated. The hotel is also in a good position, exactly at the beginning of the center, 10 mins walk from the castle and from the south station.

Review 11：Rooms are very dark because of electricity usage. Natural light is helpful. Main hotel and room are 'old' v quaint (breakfast dining area is newer and nicely lighted).

Review 12：Rebecca at the front desk is very thoughtful and helpful. The others are dutiful; you will get your needs met but without a smile or enthusiasm or desire. It might be the Swedish style. Nice Swedish breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon for Americans. Easy walk through small city with good restaurants in easy walk.

Review 14：The big problem of this hotel is that if you are unlucky you get a bathroom with a shower curtain and not a shower cabin. For me this was the case and after a longer shower the whole bathroom was flooded. Despite my manual effort of sweeping the bathroom floor, several hours later I still got wet feet in the bathroom. So if you go to this place, let them show you the room first and if the bathroom has a shower curtain, take another hotel. The hotel knows about this poor situation but they more or less ignore you when you complain

Review 20：One con of being downtown is the noise from outside across the street. I was there on a hot summer night and decided to open the window a bit. The proximity to the 2AM voices made it hard to fall asleep. With the windows closed, there was no problem with noise.

Review 21：I missed the last outgoing train of the night to the city I was planning to go to and I needed to get a place to stay the night in Orebro. Best Western City Hotell was a convenient place within walking distance of downtown and the train station. The hotel was clean and the staff were very accommodating, even making sure a full breakfast was set out an hour before the normal time so I could have something to eat before the 6AM train left town. I was very impressed with the hotel's service.

Review 22：The day was warm and sunny, so the room felt like a sauna. Even with open windows it took untill morning before the temperature was accepable. To make things worse with open windows the noise from a machine outside made sleeping difficult. The room should not been used a day like that and we where dumb enough not to ask for another room.

Review 67：At 1495 SEK for one night BW is expensive compared to the other hotels in Örebro. I have previously stayed at higher standard hotels for 8-900 SEK. The interior design is a little dull. Bathroom quite small and with no supplies such as q-tips, lotion etc.
