Review 1：No refrigerator, no microwave, no complimentary breakfast. Indoor swimming pool, hot tub closes too early at 8 pm. We thought the water park was included, but it's $27.95 more. The walls are too thin, baby crying all night, parents fighting at 6 am.
Review 2：Restaurant on site. Eggs Benedict was delicious!
Review 3：The mattress on the bed was clever, in that you could adjust the firmness by inflating an air balloon within the mattress. Unfortunately this leaves you with the feeling that you're actually sleeping on an air bed, not a luxury bed.

Review 5：I wasn't pleased with the fact that the water park was presented as part of the hotel price. It was quite shocking to find out it was $30 per person. We would have stayed at another hotel, where we could have enjoyed an outdoor pool. Wasn't pleased being put in the building (there are multiple buildings) far in the back. This made neighboring guests feel they could be loud late in the night and smoke off the balcony. We could not enjoy having our balcony door open due to the smoking next door.

Review 9：I didn't like the fact that I wanted to pay in cash yet they still charged my credit card. Staff was very friendly about it and I received 3 complimentary passes to the water park. Other than that stay was great!

Review 11：Our room was a deluxe room, there was no microwave or fridge. The room was freezing when we got there. We were given the impression that the waterpark was included in the price of staying there and it was not.

Review 17：The beds' sleep number system was not working. The layout of the dressing area and bathroom was a little uncomfortable. ( with the doors to the closet open). Noises from the hallway could be heard distinctly in the room (children late at night, after 10).

Review 19：The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. They are air number mattresses and one of our beds completely deflated - we woke up in a sink hole. The pillows were lumpy and matted. There was a blood stain on one towel and blood on the shower curtain. We found a cigarette butt in the corner of the room and marijuana in a container in the desk drawer. The sliding glass door was drafty, letting in cold air - the curtain was literally blowing in the wind of the closed door. The pool was dimly lit at night and the water was cold.
Review 20：The staff were friendly and very helpful. They were responsive to our requests and even approached us to offer help. They made our stay.
Review 21：I specifically reminded front desk I had a late check out @ 12 in the morning however when I left for breakfast and came back to my room it had no sheets on bed the bathroom was partially cleaned.... It took the front 30 min to bring up sheets for my bed so I could take a nap before I left & I has to put them on myself. Might I add I was sick w the flu so my patience was pretty low I just wanted to rest. But it took 45-1 hour when all said and done :(
Review 22：dirty carpets in lobby, hall and room, smell of sewer gas, housekeeping did not replace linens or TP; did not empty trash. I had to go downstairs to ask.

Review 24：What I didnt like is that the bar closed two hours earlier than it was supposed to so we did have to drive to have a drink or late night snack. There was also a huge cockroach in the bathroom that I tucked under a trash can and left a note for maid service. One last complaint is that I was woken up at 5am by a large group or adults and children outside screaming and yelling. I called the front desk and they said they would send security to quiet them down and this did not happen. I was very irritated at this fact.
Review 25：I enjoyed the water park as well as the private pool and hot tub. The private pool was great the water was not too cold nor crowded. Our room was nice and bed was sleep number so was pretty comfortable. I like the fact that they have a café and a bar and grill in the hotel so no driving needed.

When we checked in they didn't tell us we would be 2 doors away from the ball rooms where they were having wedding reception's going on. The front desk sold us water park passes at full price with out telling us we had less than a hour to swim.
