Review 1：Probably because our room was close to parking and the road it was too noisy. The pull out bed matress was too thin to be comfy. Hot breakfast was not available due to chef on holiday.

Review 3：Poor advice from staff. Hotel was practically empty and yet the reception manager gave us a room on the first floor. My wife and I are seniors! I then requested a ground floor room and he obliged. The king sized bed was too big for the room. Made it difficult to move around and completely covered the power points making them inacesible. I have to use a sleep machine at night! Shutter wouldn't open because bedside cabinet was hard-pressed against shutter. Room did not have a table to sit and work or have a meal.

Review 13：Had to change room because the room smelled of dampness and sweat. My second room was ok but still a little damp smell. My neighbour was a heavy smoker and because the ashtrays are fixed to the walls infront of the rooms, the smoke smell came into my room even though window was closed.

Review 18：the pool area was overgrown with weeds. the chicken play area was the same - the kids could not play as it was too hot needs a cover over top. the front entry (drive in) needs a clean & paint looks very old. the weeds growing all over the place - GOODcCLEAN up needed. the 4 star SHOULD BE REVIEWED the whole place needs a GOOD CLEAN.

Review 22：AC positioning. It was a 30 degree day so it blew on us all night. I woke to change it quite often. Wouldn't sleep with AC normally so maybe only if there's a severe heatwave consider somewhere else.
Review 23：We absolutely loved our stay! I checked reviews first and the decision was a brilliant one! The bed and pressed high quality cotton bedding was akin to any 5 star hotel. You would never think from the outside of the motor inn that such high standards would be received in the rooms. Sure the bathroom was a bit out of date but this is only being picky if I had to. We stayed with our 6mth old and the room was tiny but the small alcove fit our travel cot perfectly. It was very hot and the position of the AC was a bit tricky as it had no way to cool the room without blowing directly on us while sleeping, but again, only if I had to be picky. Would not hesitate to stay here.

Lovely crisp, clean sheets and comfortable bed. Location suited us as we were there for just one night and it was near cafes and the river. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Review 41：The motel had a great bed (king size), excellent bathroom with a good shower and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was very good and delivered on time. We didn't use the pool as we arrived late but it looked quite inviting and the grounds were well kept.

I was very greatful as i'd travelled a long distance & was tired & emotionally drained . Thank you .

No use having non smoking on all the doors and letting people smoke on the verandah right outside it should be delegated into proper smoking and non smoking areas.
