Review 1：We were late arriving (after 1 am). This is small inn and the office was closed, but the manager left a note on the door for us and a left a room open for us with the key inside. Very considerate and nice. I would recommend this motor inn.

Review 2：it was a very simple room, that had the charm of a 60's motel room, but very clean and perfect for our weekend getaway. a little updating would be good, but all was pleasant. The owner was a very nice lady.

Review 3：The room was nice and the owners were very helpful and friendly. They called me to ask if I needed anything and made me feel right at home I had trouble getting my Wi Fi to work and the owner personally got it going for me.

Review 4：When I checked in, I did notice the No Smoking signs. However, I asked about it. The woman running the front desk had a heavy accent. She gave me an ashtray and said just try not to smoke too much. The reason for my visit to Lake Placid was to bury both my parents. I did not spend much time in the room. So we did smoke - somewhat the first night. The second day we were out and she called me about the smoking and said she charged us an extra $100. I felt like I had been scammed. She should have been more clear in her directions and tell me to smoke outside.

Review 16：Great location. The owner is very friendly and who let us store our bikes in his garage overnight. He keeps a bucket of towels for guests to clean their bikes after rides. The pool looked very nice and clean but the weather was not cooperative. Great water pressure in the shower.

Review 41：Terrible pullout in living room.Useless. Adult kids had to sleep on the floor for three nights. The heater is extremely noisy. You can't use it in the night. With taxes we paid over $800.oo for three nights-too expensive for that quality.
