Review 1：Maybe two issues that can be developed. The reception is small, a bit overloaded and therefore stressy. A better English could probably help a bit. And the way for selecting your choice for the menu is a bit disorganised and confusing. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Review 4：Kind and very careful staff. Beautiful hotel, well equiped (2 inner swimming pools/Saunas/Bars/Bowlings/Massages.....) very good cooking, quite and big rooms with balcony, just few kilometers from hills to walk and ski.

Review 5：The hotel is a little far from the slope. It is true they offer free transfer with their bus, but they are small and in peak hours you risk to remain without transport and you have to wait for other buses. Under the couch there was a piece of cartoon with animal grease and mouse glue. Not in harmony with all the luxury and confort it offer in all other corners.

Review 6：Well trained personnell, all good english speakers. Rooms are large and you have all the confort that you need. Everything is client oriented, all services are at the highest level: a great spa with a nice and big pool, play room for adults, children, even a ski boots room with dryer. Last but not least the kitchen is fantastic. We arrived by mistake but we will surely retun by choice!
