Review 1：This has been my go to hotel, while transitioning to the Eugene area. It is at a great location, close to downtown and all that it offers. The staff is great and at times has shown flexibility with my needs, which is much appreciated.
Review 2：This is my third stay here... and since my first stay in the spring -- the already clean and comfortable rooms have been upgraded. It's a terrific value!
Review 3：Extremely noisy. Right on busy thoroughfare. Questipnable people hanging around. Fan extremely noisy in room and breakfast if you can call it that was pathetic. We had 1/2 a cup of coffee and went to a restaurant that served a real breakfast.

Review 7：Once you get over the fact that the Inn is really a motel, you see the advantages--parking is right in front of your room and there are no stairs or elevators. Also, the place has obviously been updated recently with good reading lights, bathroom fixtures etc. Henry, the manager, is very friendly and helpful.
Review 8：We were very impressed with this gem of a motel. It's centrally located and within walking distance to a lot of shopping, restaurants, pubs etc. Eugene is a sweet little city. The owner even stopped us to ask if we were happy with everything. Very impressed and will go again!

Review 10：Great central but quiet location. The room was spacious with 2 double beds, extremely clean and comfortable. The shower pressure was the best possible. Frienly staff, basic but tasty breakfast.
Review 11：I would like a recycling container in the room for paper, plastic and glass bottles, etc. Also, a soap dish with ridges by the sink so you can pick up the soap easily. the soap sticks to the tray.

Review 18：The room had everything we needed, was comfortable and quiet, and the location is close enough to walk to downtown and convenient to freeways. It's only a few blocks to the Skinner Butte and River trails. The owners are friendly and helpful, and it looks like the interiors have been totally remodeled recently.

Review 32：We were in a pickle after driving for 14 hours straight and booking.com was able to secure this gem for two families with young children.I booked online with my smart phone within minutes, the room was reasonable price wise and even offered a quick breakfast before heading out for another long drive. The room was immaculate and it looks as though it had recently been under renovation. Great place!

They have vacancies when other chain properties may be booked up. Windows, doors, security cameras and other items are all new and the property seems to be very safe and secure.

Bathroom appears to have been recently upgraded with upscale features such as marble countertop, cultured marble tub enclosure, plenty of light, separate in-wall space heater, plenty of light, tiled floor. Review 100：First impressions were good - very well kept exterior, clean and tidy. Warm welcome in reception from the owner. The room did not disappoint - we had a twin bedded room and it was large. It smelled fresh and clean (no false, flowery, air freshener spray smell) - the curtains, linens and bedcovers all looked new and the floorings were clean. The bathroom was also well appointed and super-clean with a small opening window - a bonus for fresh air. Flat screen TV and (clean) remote control. Small fridge and microwave - also both spotlessly clean. The a/c worked efficiently and was not excessively noisy. There was some minor work going on in the car park (resurfacing) and the owner apologised in advance and suggested that I park my car away from this area for a couple of hours until it was finished to avoid getting any debris on it. Thoughtful. We had no connection problems with the wifi and we were one of the furthest rooms from the office. Continental breakfast was included - the area was small and offered basic items - but at the price paid I certainly wasn't expecting gourmet fare and it was more than sufficient to get us started for the day. Really excellent value for money and in a good location for the city and surrounding area. Highly recommended.

The room was large and clean, with lots of work space, surfaces and chairs, firm, comfortable beds, free wifi (good speed and connection), friendly staff, fridge, microwave, good shower... everything you could want. Best of all, the location is fantastic - walking distance from the Saturday Market, a number of coffee shops and other attractions. We will definitely stay here again.
