Review 1：There are much better 3 - 4 star hotels that offer better value for money breakfast was poor and expensive for 19 euro even no eggs included

Review 6：The hotel is a short drive away from Spa, and is in the middle of the country side and forest area (no SUV needed). It's a beautiful manor, perfect for a romantic getaway. Our excellent room was on the second floor, with a view of the forest, and even had a bathtub in the bedroom. Spa facility is wonderful, especially enjoyed the steam cabine. Staff overall very friendly and courteous.

Review 7：Our room on the first floor was a bit too noisy. We could hear everything that was happening on the ground floor reception area. Ask a room on the second floor if you want peace and quiet.

Review 10：We had a room in a separate part of the hotel. The receptionist showed us over a terrace and said that our rooms were yonder. No effort was made to carry our bags and when we reached our room found that we could have driven the car there!

Review 39：Pretentious food! Dinner cost a fortune for a few mouthfuls, looked lovely but eat before you dine as fish course was just a square inch of fish each! One course I did not even try as it looked radio active, bright green and un-appetising looking green slush, no idea what it was.

Review 46：The spa, though well-designed and offering a wealth of treatments, wasdisappointing. It took several tries to book appointments in advance(language barrier), and once we arrived the aestheticians were confusedabout the schedule and which one of us was receiving which treatment (myhusband got my massage, and I received his, and the times weren't asscheduled). Also, the massage treatments were more of a back rub-evenwhen asked to use more pressure. The manicure was so poorly done we hadto immediately remove the polish. The aestheticians were very nice, andwe thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool, steam room, and various watertreatments, but the actual running of the spa could be improved. Wewould expect a smoother experience at a property of this level.

It snowed during our trip so theproperty looked like a fairy tale.The staff was very helpful andknowlegable. We enjoyed the 6-course dinner and it was beyond delicious-the lobster bisque served inside a whole onion was one of the bestdishes we've ever had.

Review 48：The access to the guest room was through a very narrow and dangerous staircase. The guest room had excessively low beams under which we had to duck just to enter the room. The bathroom area is not completely separated from the bedroom. While one person is showering, the other person hears all that is going on and cannot sleep. The towels were not soft. The pace of the dinner was agonizingly slow (almost 4 hours for the complete meal). I was very disappointed that such a pricey place should have so many flaws.

Review 53：A little difficult to find the hotel initially and some of the local roads can prove difficult for cars with low ground clearance due to local traffic calming mearsures, but alternative routes are possible.

I suggest for a romantic night. Pricybut it really makes the difference!!! By some sushi before getting toyour castle hotel and have a romanitic dinner in front of your fireplacewith candle lights :) or get a romantic bath with your lover in the hugebaignoire in your toilette. Buy roses and spread flowers everywhere :)Go to the relaxing spa! It is included in the price of your room!
