Villalaguna Residence sells fast on our site. Located on Koh Yao Noi, Villaguna Residence & Hotel is conveniently located only 50 feet from the beautiful Pa Sai Beach. Review 1：It was so big we felt guilty! After staying in cute bungalows we didn't need so much space! I would have loved to delete 20sqm and 20% of the cost!

Review 6：Staff - wonderful people. Very efficient and very caring at the same time. Nan and Far are the names I remember from badges. But the lady who said "Oh, I'll get you one" when we didn't have an airbed, was equally brilliant; kept popping up to help and keep us informed. We met her as we were cycling to the neighbouring village, had stopped to photograph rubber tapping, and she was coming back on a moped - with an airbed. She stopped and called our names. We were a bit confused at first, till we realised who she was and that she was checking when we were getting back so she could get the air bed ready first:"I'll have it inflated and ready for you when you get there". That's just a small example of how they were all the time; though they were constantly busy, they were also constantly 'there' and anticipating your needs in an unhurried, very friendly way. Every time we went away for a day boat trip trip or even out for a kayak, there was someone looking out for our return and down on the beach greeting us or getting the kayak up off the beach for us. Even the gardeners are completely 'guest-focussed' and help with anything before you can even get the chance to ask! Cleaners, restaurant staff, everyone: genuinely welcoming and lovely.

Review 7：Between beach and hotel is a small road. At this time not much traffic. Beach is small and the water is not deep infront. First day we missed sunbeds, but they brought us, if we asked for it.

Review 8：The hotel has beautiful villas: big rooms, big bed, kitchenette with plates and cups and all what you need, watercooker, one big pool for all clients. Every day you get 2 bottles water free per person in fridge. Restaurant Hook has good food. I had 2 days problems with my back and shoulder and I booked through reception massage back & shoulder. The first time it went better, after 2nd time the pain was gone! The massage is very good quality and nice staff come directly to your villa room. It was a little bit painful, but it helped! Reception organized pick up from airport and back to another hotel, where we spent the rest of time. Very friendly staff at reception and housekeeping! Near hotel is ATM, but not much shopping, but I didn't missed it. Once per day the villa was cleaned very good. We gave tip at check out. Breakfast was very good: you could choose on a A4-page what you would like to have. It was big variety of food and drinks (cold and hot). You could choose thai-breakfast as well! Reception organised as well tours to different places and we took one kayak tour to the mangroves. Lovely! Free WiFi in villa.

Review 10：The staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect location. The breakfast has lot of variety and the thai food is very honest (big prawns), better then restaurants!

Review 11：The non-buffet breakfast is a bit strange, as you need to order the dishes when you sit and the food arrives at arbitrary order. The beach is a bit rocky. Plenty of mosquitoes, so bring your favorite repellant.

Review 12：Mostly everything. The pool was very inviting and peaceful. The garden and villas are beautiful and clean. The hotel's restaurant, Hook, has a huge variety of delicious food and we enjoyed eating there several days in a row. You should try their cocktails! The massages are reasonably priced, and the boat tours are private and customizable to your preferences.

Review 16：This hotel couldn't be more gorgeous, the villas are stunning and huge and the views are amazing. You would pay $500+ a night for something like this in North America. The staff is also beyond amazing. This was my favorite stay our entire trip!

Review 19：The road passes right in front between the place and the beach, though not too intrusive but not as one would imagine from the pictures. While breakfast is included, it is rather late and if you go on a boat trip (not cheap by any means) they all start earlier and there's no option to get even a simple sandwich in the way, you have to pay. We missed as much as half of the breakfast and only requested a single time for a take-away that we paid for. Other similarly priced places also give bicycles for free (not here). I would also recommend to explore other restaurants around as they're rather much better and have much more to offer.

Review 20：Great place, good location, very clean and comfortable. Staff was really helpful and nice. In terms of other available accommodation on the island, this is probably the best and would recommend to anyone. If I were to visit Koh Yao Noi again, this would be my choice again!

Review 22：we stayed in Villa Eva for 5 nights with couple of friends, this place is better than on pictures, facilities great,villa itself just amazing, pool, size everything really. View from the pool on nearby islands is awesome. Staff is very helpfull, they put an effort in ensuring your stay is great expoerience (especially Nan - she's so friendly and helpfull, real asset to the company). Villaguna's restaurant serves great food at normal, reasonable prices, it was 3rd week of our stay in Thailand but we ended eating there on every occasion:). not the cheapest accomodation but definitely worth every penny ! i would presonally rate it 5 stars

Review 23：We didn't have warm water for the first 3 of 7 nights and this was not compensated adequately. (A discount of less than 1% is ridiculous.) Wifi did work only in the restaurant but not in the villa itself. The beach was at the beginning extremely dirty (due to high tide?).

Review 24：We had a wonderful stay at Villaguna residence this October. The friendliness of all the staff was amazing. Especially Nan and Amena took care of us and the kids in an extraordinary manner. Thank you again! Our Villy "Eva" was very clean, spacious and inviting. But I can't recommend it for a family with smaller kids as the second bedroom is not directly connected with the rest of the villa.

Review 25：Bit cut off from restaurants and other sights, but the hotel is located on an island, and getting around can be hard.

Review 26：My partner and I loved this place so much we want to go back!! The awesome location with the beach only metres away is worth the travel by boat and tuk tuk. The room was amazing! We had a Deluxe Beach suite to ourselves and it was like an apartment, with a kitchen and lounge area. The pool right at our doorstep was clean and relaxing. Bike hires from the hotel is a good idea and getting around most of the island on wheels is a great way to explore the area. Take your mosquito repellant with you. The hotel has a restaurant attached to it and does good freshly cooked meals.

Taking a shower under the sun in the outdoor shower, surrounded by the lush vegetation.

Review 45：We had a problem with insects dropping down from the ceiling. The owner was not really helpful and did not want to help. Luckily he has much more serviceminded people hired who help us eventhough they already were off work.

Review 46：We stayed at the Villa Eva, which have a very nice private pool. The temperature of the pool was perfect, so our 1,5 year old daugther spend must of her time in the pool playing. Eat the breakfast from the green coffee shop. The breakfast at the restaurent is very boring. Fantastic view.

Review 49：This place is simply outstanding. I have stayed at wonderful properties over time and these villas are wonderful. It's uniqueness comes not just because of the location, but of the time and dedication the owners have put into the place. The accommodations are spacious, comfortable. Proximity to restaurants is essential. The owners helped guide everything during our stay on the island from a private boat tour (highly recommend) to biking the area. This place has made me rethink my idea to never repeat a visit to a location or hotel

Location is great, koh yao noi is a very relaxed island. Villa's are wonderfull. Nice and spacious with a separate livingroom (with kitchenette) and a very nice, very private outside shower. Swimmingpool is fantastic, large, deep enough and very well designed. Again: staff and details really make the difference. A big thanks especially for Amina for making our holiday such a nice experience.

Review 54：The only drawback is lack of mirrors in the villa. The only one is in the washing area. The beach is not good for sweaming because of very strong low tide.

Review 55：The owners are very kind and helpfull. They`re always at the reception and ready to answer any your question. The villa is great, it`s big and comfortable. The pool is wonderful, it`s big and deep. The hotel grounds is planned so that you can feel yourself very comfortable.
