Review 12：The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the wifi did not work in he room, that said it did work in the reception where you could sit quite comfortably.

Review 14：First impression, it was a dump. Second impression it was a dump. I spent a week here in one night. Nothing I was lead to believe about this place is true. The photos are not at all accurate. I booked several rooms through Booking.Com and up until now have been ok. I won’t be as critical of the others after a night here. The rooms are old, poorly furnished and lack even the basic comforts, that is unless you book a suite. I doubt they are any better but they at least come with a hot water pot. There is no phone in the room, but a book that tells you what is available with the touch of your phone. The just left out the extension. I just heard a gecko in our room as I write this, poor thing is probably frozen like we are. I had traveled to the office to ask about some of our issues, like no internet service, no means of making coffee and no phone to call the desk and complain. After about an hour of messing with the Wi-Fi, got it to work. But slow, my lands is it slow. 56k dial up is faster. However it appears they put a lot of energy into doing your laundry. The bathroom is just barely a bathroom. The doors are louvered and right next to the bed, so even a fly buzzing in the bathroom is no secret in the room. The air conditioning is positioned right above the bed so all the air blow directly on you as you try to sleep in this, I guess they call it a bed. The thing was a 2 dollar special, with the spring lumps and all with no mattress pad. If it had not been so cold I would have considered the floor. I have not mentioned that these are little duplex condos with a connecting door that acts just like a megaphone to the next room. I had rented a room for our driver and my understanding it was much smaller and they charge me the same price. All in all this is the worst hotel I have stayed in ever and you can bet I won’t recommend it or ever stay here again.

Review 16：The only negative point would be the position, not far but also not near and no transport as of such. Either you have a bicycle or you have to pay 200 bahts to get into town. Other option to walk like we did but not really comfortable. Maybe hotel should have a shuttle service to and from town by electric kart......

Review 17：The whole facility is good and the staff is quite helpful and courteous. The restaurant is good quality especially when the buffet is on.... so overall it was a good stay.

Review 25：We booked a room, but when we arrived the room was not available due to renovations. That's bad management. If the room is not available, don't offer it through booking.com. The manager offered us a cheaper room with a discount. This was ok for us, because what else can you do when you arrive in the evening with a backpack from the busstation??? But then later he pushed us to have dinner at the restaurant instead of the discount. Typical... Needless to say we took the discount and had a local dinner, cheaper and better. You have to pay for a bike. The restaurant was very unpleasant to be in. Didn't have dinner there, so i cannot say anything about the food.

Review 26：Quiet rooms, nice gardens, swimming pool. The hotel is not far from the old city of Sukhotai. A bike takes you there in 10 minutes. Breakfast was ok, but not special.

Review 27：If you didn't enjoy riding a bike the distance from old town would be quite a walk since no regular transport available.

Review 29：Every morning we were woken up by music from local religious ceremonies. It was quaint the first morning. It does get tedious at 6 in the morning. Then again, I suppose you are up bright and early to visit the ruins before it gets too hot...
