Review 1：A little dated but understandable for the pice. Location next to hi way but on a one way street. Hard to get to from opposite direction.

Review 17：Love the Q showers now available at Quality Inns. We requested a room with a refrigerator and told that only suites have them. Front desk clerk asked if we would like the suite for ONLY $10 more. I figured I was paying for a frig rental but instead with a suite you get a room separate from the bedroom. So convenient!

Review 21：The a/c was dated and made noises, which I reported. The staff told me that they were aware of it and the older a/c's were being replaced. The room was somewhat dusty and could have been a little cleaner.

Review 22：The beds were outstanding! We travel a lot and they truly were the best we've ever experienced in a hotel. The hot breakfast was phenomenal. This Quality Inn and the one we stayed in a couple of years ago in Colorado Springs were truly excellent overall; and their prices were very reasonable.

Review 23：First room they put us in, AC was not working. It was cooler in the hallway than the room. They switched us out immedately. Nicely done. Then in the morning we had an unexpected visitor in our sink... Upon check out they gave us 10% off.

Review 25：No available outlets in the bedroom section of the suite. Water pressure too low, a trickle at times and seemed to go up and down based on other people's usage. Some of the furniture worn out. Curtains had holes in them. Location along one way street along I-25 Northbound is inconvenient when going South. GPS brought me to the side street immediately North which is right along the hotel but has no connector to the parking lot. The shortest way from there is over a mile back via San Pedro Dr.

Review 26：Quiet, spacious lobby and room. Hotel has potential with pool, nice gym, nice breakfast area etc. but not everything is up to the same standard.

Review 27：Room #312, found Sunflower seeds on back of couch, did not appear that the room had been vacuumed. Drapes were falling off the rods. Bathroom floor was not clean. I Guess the beds are good, Husband slept like a rock, I tossed and turned all night. Could not get the rooms cool and keep them there. Bathtub drain was slow and the faucet on the sink did not produce much water. Brought Bathroom issues to the attention of the person at front desk when we checked out on Monday. Also they need to have the carpet stretched in the hallway, specially on 3rd floor.

Review 102：My partner and I both find artificial fragrances unpleasant, and I amallergic to them. This is the most difficult issue I have to face whentraveling. I called ahead in advance and asked whether the hotel sprayedfragrances in the room, and was told no, so I was looking forward to acomfortable stay. Unfortunately, the rooms were filled with a veryheavy, unpleasant fragrance. Perhaps this came from the cleaningsupplies rather than a separate "air-freshener" spray. I hopeyou will consider using fragrance-free, non-toxic, environmentally andhuman-friendly cleaning supplies. Your hotel could potentially be anoasis of comfort for travelers like me if you adopted a fragrance-freepolicy. Thank you.

I hadbooked a standard queen size room, and the staff upgraded me to a kingsize suite because it was located closer to the entrance. I didnt evenrequest a room change, but was very happy to accept it! The beds werevery comfy and the room was up to date. The breakfast was great...hashbrowns, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, eggs, and even more! I also had anemergency come up and had originally booked for 2 days, but I was ableto get an early check out with no charges. I will be staying here nexttime I come to albuquerque without hesitation! I normally dont doreviews, but this one was well deserved :)

Review 115：They do not turn on the air conditioning until April and we were there in March when the weather happened to be beautiful and warm. We only stayed one night, which was miserble, due to the lack of air conditioning. We had to open the windows for some relief and there weren't any screens on the windows, so not the safest idea but we were on the 2nd floor. I would not choose this particular hotel again unless they provided air conditioning all year round.
