Review 1：Loud noices from fridge and AC at night, and from the road in the mornings. No guests in the restaurant or bar in the evenings. Need motorbike or taxi to go to 7eleven, pharmacy or buy alcohol
Review 2：Close to the beach (which was not great, low tide making it unswimmable most of the day). Good restaurant and other nice resturants close. Nice and quiet, felt like low season but it was actually peak season
Review 3：DO NOT STAY HERE!! Horrible service!! When we went to check in after traveling 5 hours, we found out our pre-booked room was given to other guests! Even though our booking was guaranteed through booking.com, the staff have their own greedy policy. Luckily we were able to find other accommodation. This hotel is extremely unprofessional!

Review 5：The hosts were very friendly, they helped us a lot, since we were traveling with a 9 month old baby, and needed a hand sometimes. The location was also great - some of the bungalows are situated by a road, but it is not a problem with noise during the nighttime since there is not a lot of traffic. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were cleaned every day, and were clean and bug free. The surroundings were also very tidy with staff sweeping and cleaning the garden every day.
Review 6：The staff were very polite and pleasant, and the location was just over the road from the beach. They have a restaurant and can also book tours and boats trips from the hotel for you as needed. Rooms were spacious and clean. There are other shops and restaurants within walking distance. A/C in the rooms was very efficient, although we also met people in the non A/C rooms who said that the fans also worked well. The gardens are well looked after and we felt very safe.

Review 27：Located very close to the beach, a beautiful spot to watch the sunrise. A restaurant selling local Thai food and a beachside thai massage place are all very close. Lovely big bungalow with fan, very well decorated. Perfect for a quiet relaxing stay.
Review 28：i had a leak from the ceiling when it rained, nothing was done. No real way to get in and find some one was hard. No help when asking questions. were only interested in the money. and wifi was at the office, which was not practice in the rain
Review 29：All bungalows except the one we were staying in are undergoing improvements so we basically stayed on a very isolated building site! Cockroaches in room. Bathroom had a weird wooden hole in the wall feature which let all insects in. Toilet leaked so bathroom floor constantly wet. Very hard bed, noisy road. We didn't hardly sleep at all, stayed one night only then checked out.
Review 30：Ko Yao Noi is a beautiful island with so much wildlife and friendly islanders. Easy to explore most of the island by bike. We actually saw a pair of oriental pied hornbill so that was real treat! Alex the local tour guide, located just up the road, offers a very reasonable longtail boat service to Phang Nga Islands. Very friendly man and good value for money.
Review 31：The bungalows were fantastic- we wanted rustic and calm and that's what we got. The restaurant across the way was amazing. The food was extraordinary and they were so helpful-organising an island hopping tour for us for next to nothing.. I will definitely be recommending the island to friends and family and hopefully return to visit again!

Helpful and friendly staff, especially when my father was stung by a jellyfish and one of the old guys ran off to get some magic leaf that would sooth the discomfort :) Good base to further explore the island, a good few restaurants nearby and other amenities such as motorbike hire.

Review 48：The room had open eaves so Mosquitos came into the room from sundown all night long. The floor boards had gaps in them that allowed ants to get into our belongings and our bed. A fan room has a small rotating fan attached to the ceiling - not a true ceiling fan. The rooms are not insulated and as such are uninhabitable from 12-5pm each day due to the extreme, pervading heat.

There was no initial greeting where they recommended where to eat/go etc or introduction of the place in general. They were always available and answered your questions but there would be no further exchange or conversation. But otherwise if you want a really nice place to stay, which is cheap in comparison then its fine.
Review 53：The islands beautiful and the bungalows are just opposite a beautiful stretch of beach. Its easily the cheapest accommodation on the island. The huts themselves are really nice. Not amazing but great for the price you pay on for the island which is more expensive than most.
Review 54：The bungalow was.not cleaned during our stay, we found a very large spider in the bedroom and many animal/bird noises on the roof kept us awake at night.
Review 55：The bungalow was not well maintained. It needed a new coat of paint, the shower rack was broken and there was nowhere to hang your towel. The more expensive air con bungalows may be better maintained, I don't know. The staff was friendly, but the manager was all business. When We asked to be moved to a cheaper room, the manager said none were available, yet, I could see that the one next to us was vacant.

Review 58：The staff are great, so friendly and welcoming - and I loved the cats that live there. They had a couple of small kittens when I was there, and it was obvious they were really well treated. For a cat nutter like me, that's nice to see. They serve a good and varied breakfast. The bungalows are spacious, and the plants around them make it feel private. Comfortable bed, a fridge, and plenty of room. There is a scooter rental on site, which is very handy to get around on the island. Just ask at reception. The beach is just on the other side of the road. Restaurants and cafes very close. The bungalows are in the area of the island I liked the most, and where most of the accommodation and cafes are located. The island itself is wonderful - so quiet and friendly. There are pretty much no bars, so definitely not a party island, but fantastic for unwinding and chilling. Loved it, and will come back as soon as possible!
