Review 1：The half board concept is not totally clean, if you want to drink something else than tap water, you will have to pay for it. Orange/apple juice, a soda nor even the coffee. This should be included in the HB and not accumulate to extra €15 for two gas water, two coffees and one apple juice.

Review 2：The family friendliness of the hotel is very appreciated specially for young families. I.e. Having access to the spa for a couple of hours made a great difference for our son who jumped in the Jacuzzi with the bathrobe still on every time.

Review 3：We didn´t enjoy children and noisy adults in the wellness, expecially in the relaxing room.

Review 4：Hotel is beautiful, sitting in front of fireplace was very pleasant, seeing the trees through glass walls was nice too. We would have enjoyed wellness if it wasn´t for children and noisy adults.

Review 5：Some staff were very friendly and accommodating, others seemed indifferent. WiFi is fair to poor throughout the hotel, only great reception was in the lobby; had issues connecting in our room on the 300 level floor.

Review 6：Great property, location to ski hill, restaurant, spa. Rooms are quiet, surrounded by nature. On-site parking, small but workable fitness centre. Shuttle to ski hill as well.

Review 7：Terrible internet connection and in a room for two only one of us could use it and still it went on and off over and over again. Room was dark. Wellness area was small and crowded. Staff has poor knowledge of foregin languages.

Room was splendid, great view, spacious, well decorated and a very comfortable stay. Food at the restaurant was diverse, delicious and always freshly prepared. Excellent wine list and the breakfast buffet was filled with items to tempt any palete.

Review 15：My family and I were looking forward to stay this hotel after skiing, but we were told in the reception that reservation could not find. The reasons of this problem are now investigated and will be reported soon by Booking.com.

Review 16：Alternated apartment which has 4 stars category was really good due to wide space and the wellness. The dinner, we had HB option in this Hotel Tri Studničky, was not so bad.

Review 17：Spa is rather small compared to the size of the hotel, but very intimate. It's perfect when there are only a few guests. :) Our (standard) room was quite simple.

Review 18：Nice hotel with a great atmosphere and location. You can take walk along the stream or go for skiing, Jasna is very close. The interior design is really good, especially the big fireplace in the lobby (the best in winter time, in snowy weather). They have a modern style kitchen. Half board includes a 4-course dinner with seasonal food, which is tasty and plentiful. Staff is very kind especially at the reception and in the restaurant.

Review 39：Excellent service from the front desk to the bartender who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The location is stunning as is the view onto the river and a lovely spa. Food was delicious and the rooms were huge. I've not stayed in a better value/quality hotel and highly recommend. Also very close to Jasna and the mountain lifts.

Review 47：The hotel is perfect. It is beautiful outside and inside. Staff is so kind and very professional. Food, especialy dinner, (we had HB option) is heavenly tasty and serve in delightfully way. Each visit in restaurant was unforgettable experience. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. If you want to skiing there's very comfortable free of charge hotel bus, which takes you directly to Chopok. It's just 10 minutes ride. Generaly hotel deserves 4 stars in 101%. We've been skiing in this area for 5 or more years and without a doubt it was the best accommodation. If you're lucky you can book a room in very good price as I did!

Review 48：This time I was very dissapointed. The bank card terminal of the restaurant didn't work during the dinner and the WiFi connection to the Internet in my room was also extremely bad. This is not what I would expect for this price level. I will think twice before coming again.

Review 49：Complete WOW factor as soon as you walk in! It really is a beautiful hotel. All of the staff are incredible- Great advice on walking in the area.. and the scenery is stunning! There are fantastic walks through the mountains and the forest nearby. After a long hike you can indulge in delicious food, a relaxing spa, and retreat to your enormous room! We loved everything about the hotel, including 'Micheal' the resident iguana!

Review 50：Most of the staff were friendly and helpfull but there were someexceptions: E.G.when I asked at the reception about the massage (Iwanted to know what is a basic difference between two massages), I gotan answer that she is not trained in this area so she does not know andthat just the staff in spa know that. Breakfast were ok (although incomparison with the offer from restaurant nothing special) but in caseyou come later, the missing food was not refilled properly.

Review 51：Hotel is situated at the beginning of Demanovska Dolina (on the mainstreet); is nice and has pleasant atmosphere. Room was quite big.Cuisine is great and inovative, I only can recommend it. Spa is finewith a nice view to the nature, but is bit smaller.

Review 54：The reason I chose the hotel was because the photo on their websiteshowed a Picture of the lounge and fireplace with bottle of bourbon,ashtray, and pipe. The same photo is on the video screen behind thereception desk. I smoke cigars so I was looking forward to smoking bythe fire. Instead I was only allowed to smoke outside. Truely falseadvertising. I talked to the manager and his response was "I guesswe will have to have sales and marketing remove that Picture." Youwould have thought he could at least have offered to put a chair outthere for me. This ruined my trip completely. Yes I am spoiled.

The spa,after long days in the mountain was relaxing.
