Review 1：Bookings.com had me originally booked for 6 rooms. I only needed two. I will not use this service again. The hotel I asked a servant where the elevator was and she turned around and shut the door on me. She did not speak English.

Review 2：This is a great place and it's hard to say things wrong with it. The hot tub could use some work.

Review 3：This hotel is in the perfect location for some fun in the sun. We love how close it is to Old Town, the aquarium and zoo.

Review 83：I really liked this hotel. The price was great, the bathroom was spotless, the WiFi signal was strong, and I liked that their pool is open year round. The greatest asset of this hotel, however, is their staff. Everyone I encountered - from the reception desk staff, to the restaurant waitstaff - were so friendly, looked you in the eye when they spoke to you, and handled my requests with kindness and efficiency. I happened to be sitting in the lobby for a couple of hours one afternoon and overheard the desk staff as they fielded the same question over and over from guests. There had been a plumbing repair and it had affected the quality of the water in the hotel for about 10 minutes, and countless guests were calling or visiting the reception desk to ask about it. The staff responded to every guest as if it was the first time they were explaining the problem. They were kind and calm and apologetic every time. I was really impressed. So kudos to the staff at the Best Western Rio Grande!

But I think that certain things you can clean and clean and clean but at one point cleaning will not help you can clean it but you can not erase worn out dark outdated hotel and this is exactly what this is. There was no possibility for choosing "automatic" to enable the heat to go on or off depending on room temperature. I ended up turning the heat off completely so I could sleep even though the room then became entirely too cold
