Review 1：Probably should expect this format cave but it was quite damp and humid in the room and grit fell from the ceiling a lot (although they cleaned it every day).

Review 2：Loved the staff. They were so helpful and professional. They define customer service. Breakfast was delicious and terrace was lovely.

Review 3：Where do we start- firstly I would avoid a standard room at all costs- pay a few pounds extra and stay in royal suite- we stayed in the Amethyst. I had booked a standard room as it too looked nice in the photos online. We were gladly shown a royal suite by the owner-who personally welcomed us upon arrival and offered the opportunily to upgrade if we wanted. After the initial room we were shown- and supposedly booked, was smaller, moreover had a rather off putting damp uninhabited cave like smell to it- the royal suite outshone the standard cave room without a doubt. This was a magical experience and if we were to visit again we would stay in the same room. Ali- the all encompassing receptionist, waiter, guest relations and tour operator as well as all the other roles he may have made it all the more wonderful- he made our golden cave experience. We have stayed in numerous 5 star hotels in Turkey and around the globe and we have to date never had the most accommodating and understanding of individuals like Ali. It was clear from our demeanour we were practicing Muslims, and without any hesitance or reservation or prompting for that matter, the first thing he did was to remove the alcohol from the fridge before we got settled into our amazing cave room and apologised, as he would have removed it before our arrival if he had known. The room has comfort, character and elegance with all the mod cons of a smart TV and wifi and a roll top bath snuck in the corner of the room. Nice finishing touches like Amethyst rock and traditional hettit pottery on display and a local handwoven rug. The bathroom had a traditional Turkish Hamaam with shower facilities and a heater floor enclave. The day before our arrival we received a call from Ali to confirm our time of arrival and arrangement of a hot air balloon excursion. Again, the affiliated and recommended company were amazing. Good price, great location, fantastic cave room and a wonderful Mr Ali!!

Review 4：We used the laundry facility (wash, iron, dry) and was advised same day return in afternoon. However, we received them the following night and half of them were wet with no way of drying them before we checked out the next day. None were ironed. We still had to pay full price for the service. Breakfast was very limited. Room was quite warm during our stay (we were there in May).

Review 5：Cave room was very unique and cosy. Staff were really helpful when we needed to book a balloon ride last minute due to a cancellation. Short walk to city centre.

Review 6：The Superior Suite was under expectation for the high price of more than €200/- per night! Even though, it is a nice room, it was not a cave room as sold! Moreover, sound proofing was very bad: you could hear footsteps and chair moves on the terrace above us. WIFI connection was difficult to get in the room. No facilities. Staff is not very client-service oriented! Little breakfast choice and you need to ask, instead of the staff to propose you if you would like hot dishes, such as omelettes, etc. In addition to that, the help boy was also cooking breakfast one day! Cleaners forgot to properly clean the bathroom. In summary, the Superior Suite wasn't worth the high price we paid for and it should be clearly mentioned that it is not a cave room. But, they do have real cave rooms.

Review 11：The Golen Caves was a beautiful place to stay. The Manager MR HUSEYIN TIRYAKI and his staff made us feel at home nothing we asked was difficult for them to do. The Golden caves has been only open for four months so everything is spoton. The breakfast provided each morning on the balcony or Restaurant was very enjoyable. The suites were decorated individually and stylish. The experience staying in the caves was one truly to remember. was very enjoyable. Highly recommend this accommodation. All the suites were decorated differently very stylish.

Review 12：Air quality in the room was very poor, occasionally got wafts of a moldy smell. Also being a cave, it is very dark. We kept the door open a lot, even at night.

Review 23：It is a new hotel with well designed rooms. Especially the lighting of the cave rooms was very good. Owner Uluc and hotel manager Huseyin were very friendly and helpfull. Location at Esbelli neighborhood is great. It is close to Urgup center (10 min walk, slight slope on the way back) but a quite neigboorhood without the hassle of the center; overlooking the Cappadocia landscape. You can have your breakfast or enjoy your afternoon Turkish coffee at the terrace.. Overall, we had a great experience...

Review 26：It was a perfect hotel where we have welcomed very well with a nice welcome drink. The room was carved into the cave and very authentic.The decoration and comfort was very good. There were mini bar jacuzzi internet connected smart tv in the room. Personnel was very cooperative and provided all necessary info about the town. Breakfast was excellent. It is an A+ hotel where I am looking forward to stay again.

Review 27：Just got back from a fabulous 2 weeks vacation in Turkey. Everything was awesome but I think Cappadoccia, Golden Cave Hotel in particular made the whole experience magical for us. It is an experience you won't find anywhere else in the world. This is a brand new "cave" hotel, which means rooms are carved into the rocks. It is a truly authentic experience, but with modern perks like a super comfy bed, smart TV, fireplace, jet tub etc. I particularly liked tasteful decor and handmade/lace covers, you can see they thought of every detail. Staff was amazing, too, they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We absolutely loved having breakfast and dinner at the terrace, food was incredible. Make sure you try local wine, you won't regret it. If you get up early enough, you can watch sunrise and see hot air balloons rise in the sky. One other big plus is that the owner is a doctor. I misplaced my medication while on vacation and Dr. Hasimoglu rescued me and refilled it for me. It was a big relief not having to waste time looking for a doctor or going to hospital. We'll definitely go back the first chance we get. Highly recommended.
