Review 1：Hotel room is directed to outside of the hotel. When you open the door you can access to the parking lot. the room is small and more than 130 for one night.

Review 3：Walls are paper thin. We could hear every word the couple next to us said. And the floors creak loudly, so you're better off with a second floor room.

Although the hotel was close to Mirror Lake it did not have any rooms over-looking the lake--My wife and I would have liked a hotel room deck to sit on while having our coffee early in the morning and to relax on in the evening.--- 2.) The two chairs in the room were too small and uncomfortable to sit on while watching TV. Would have preferred at least one good-sized arm chair to relax in to read or watch TV. 3.) The bathroom tub did not have safety rails for elderly persons to hold onto while showering. 4.) The shower head was positioned way too high for my wife to adjust; especially even for me at almost six feet tall. 5.) The bathroom vanity was nice. However, it would have been better if another sink was present so that both of us could utilize it at the same time-there was enough room to install another vanity with two sinks.

Review 9：1.) I am 67 years young and was very pleased to find the queen sized bed to be very firm because of my back problem. 2.) I appreciated the no-smoking and no pet room--I have asthma and allergic to dogs and cats. 3.) I liked the hotel's cost-saving policy of no maid service if I desired it. My wife and I occupied the room for three days and preferred not to have maid service--it was like being home.

Review 15：Nice clean hotel, staff was excellent. We arrived late after being caught in downpour on our motorcycles and check in had towels for us to dry off with. That little touch put this place over the 10 mark! The room was nice, comfy bed, hot tub was hot and breakfast was great.

Review 18：The heater in the room was our only issue. It was too loud and too hot. When we turned it down it went off, as the room cooled, so it came on again later. There seemed to be no in-between.

Review 24：rooms are a bit on a small size and the room design is a weird one (not much thought put into it). Imagine the family is on a ski trip and with all the winter clothes and equipment there is barely any room and the wardrobe is at the back of the room (rather than the front).
