Review 1：I would have liked to have more choices from the breakfast buffet. Suggestion, have couple hot plate burners and pans so a chef can cook an order made by the customer. It would only take a few minutes to cook an omelet a served hot. Most of the time the food was semi warm, so I used the microwave to reheat the food. We had problems with one of the room keys card which we went back to the front desk 3 times to reactive.

Review 10：They honored my reservation despite the fact booking.Com didn't notify them of my confirmed arrival. Courtyard/pool area is lovely, we had a 1st floor room facing the pool so it felt like being a guest in someone's home.

Review 11：When we arrived our room had been given away--the reason was because the clerk stated that booking.com never sent in our reservation and yet I had a confirmation #. We were not given the quality of room we had requested and when I contacted Booking and they contacted the hotel the clerk was upset and rude to us. The restroom in one of the rooms we were given didn't work.

Review 17：I like the plase was clean, good breakfast for a busy day, all of us were not angry by the time lunch can around because you were hungry, frendly staff, plenty towels. Love your evening sicial, not having to go anywhere to entertain your self. Just very present.

Review 18：kitchen staff on duty Sunday am did not speak english. No coffee or hot water - we were told only "broken". finally had coffee 1/2 hr before they closed down only because the manager came in and made it. Milk was frozen & unusable for cereal. Also should not have been able to make the room reservation that we had - we had 5 people in the room - but beds for only 4 & were told that's all that could be in the room! My reservation indicated 6 people for the room (1 did not come) -- online reservation system needs to be fixed.

Review 21：This is a fully non-smoking hotel yet our room smelled of cigarettes. When we told the lady at the desk, we were offered a different room. And the day of checkout, I was checking our bank account online and noticed at $21.24 charge from the hotel. When I asked about it, I was told it was a rate adjustment from weekday to weekend. The problem with that, we had pre-paid, in full, rate locked in, back in February. The girl at the desk called someone, and it was immediately credited back. I just wonder how many people this happens to, that don't even know? Pay attention to your charges!!

Review 41：The location was easily accessible to all parts of the city....it was a comfortable feeling within the central courtyard and lobby...breakfast was better than most places and the eating area was nicer and cozier than most

Review 42：The beds are super firm and hurt my body all night. Also, breakfast does not start until 7am on the weekend and the line to even get food was really long. Not a very convenient set up to get served with so many people.

Review 47：the location was good , easy to get to , staff was pretty helpful, i rode in on a motorcycle, they made some suggestion on where to park my bike so they said they could keep an eye on it for me, peace of mind. breakfast was good.

Review 48：The manager would not give the password to the wi-fi over the phone, then wi-fi did not work at all and a signal could not be found. When we called the manager he admitted that it hadn't been working.
