Review 1：Nosing around the hotel until morning i couldn't sleep well Can't arrive to hotel easy becous of crowded cars & peoples. Security check is front of the door out side the hotel front without any privacy.

Review 5：This hotel shows 5 stars at the entrance and shows 8.6 score atBooking.com which is as per my own experience is not correct! From thefirst look it gives nice impression due to the money they spent for thedecoration only. In fact this hotel has poor management andunprofessional staff. Nevertheless I appreciated that ordinary staffmembers members tried to help but were useless to general unprofessionalmanagement and miss-organization of this hotel.I had a room on the last floor. Balcon was partly facing the sea and facing directly to the construction site where from lot of dust and noise came. On top of that the building (although it is new) has very bad noise isolation. I had 2 sleepless nights in this hotel due to the noise that came from the restaurant on the terasse as the staff was cleaning it. My several calls to the reception did not take any effect untill I had to appear there at 2:30 AM making scandal. Only after 2 nights they could relocate me to the another room on the 1st floor.Another bad experience is not honest management. As I had 2nd sleepless night I wanted to checkout immediately but was promissed by the chief of the reception team that they would not charge me for the 2nd night as a compensation and I decided to stay for the last night too. Nevertheless when I checkout the next day they charged on the bill without any reductions. After big discussion at the reception they agree to deduct -100 tnd (approx 50 eur) from the bill. IT IS DISGUSTING!I will never ever stay again in this hotel and I discourage all other guests to stay there as long as you dont want to pay for decorations only!And.. the BREAKFAST!! What a joke it was!! Firstly the assortiment of the breakfast is very poor (corresponds to 2 star hotel..), secondly I asked for Cappuccino coffee and was brought some kind of liquid with disgusting test and without any milk foam on it.

Review 13：Poor and incompetent service. Staff at Spa were borderline rude. Room was advertised as Front de Mer, when in fact it was in front of a busy and noisy boulevard, with the beach being about 300m away. Construction work ongoing right in front of the hotel.

Review 19：Stayed at La Marsa in August 14. Hotel is central with Carthage being just a taxi ride away. It was a positive experience with Carrefour and Monoprix close by. The evenings by the pool are beautiful and residents are allowed to take their own wine - cheaper when bought from the shops :) the spa prices are good too and the treatments are ok

Review 20：No private beach so it's not a summer holiday hotel and so expensivefor just a hotel for sleeping or business . Its swimming pool is sosmall and has nothing could be refer that is swimming ball ( 2chairs andused towels ) but the most bad one is that the pool area in the 360terrace fourth floor which is opened for public to dine and enjoy theview which gives you a feeling of presence in a supermarket whereeverybody is watching you . Even the hotel team is so friendly andpolite but they are untrained and cause many roblems for me in Payment ,Baby cot delay and Money change . Anyway I recommend it for its positivethings which is beating its withdrawals .

It's a type of modern hotels not found before inTunis so by its amazing modern architecture I suggest it for travellerslike these types
