Review 1：The hotel should arrange somebody who can use English at the SPA service. I could not communicate with the staff. It was really awkward when I was left behind in the sauna room waiting for a masseur who would never come.

Review 2：Good place. Good breakfast.

Review 3：The cleaning service came at 17, when we were already back from our trip. I wasn't able to use the free hammam because already booked by a family which purchased a private massage. When they've finished, I've tried to access, but then another paying-customer took my place. Very disappointing. The fitness center opens in the afternoon only, a pity for those who like to practice sport in early morning.

Review 5：the daily room cleaning did not arrive untill 5 o'clock in the afternoon, and we could not get the service on the only day we stayed. the booking confirmation included a fireplace for the room booked but the room did not have it. rooms were nice but if you really need/want to have everything stated in the confirmation, double check with the hotel.

Review 22：I can not put into words how much I loved staying at this resort. Myself and a friend arrived late at night, I believe around midnight, and the staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming despite the hour. We were able to book our balloon trip with Royal that night for the next morning. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the standard king bed room, and it was amazing. Hands down the coolest place I have ever stayed.

Review 25：Our luggages didn't make it to Cappadocia same time as we did. I wish Kayakapi staff were more helpful to offer assistance for us to get our bags. Promises that the bags will be sent to the hotel was an empty one. We had to make own effort to track the bags, and pick them up ourselves from airport. Assuming that this is an ordinary occurrence due to Turkish inefficiencies, I expect Kayakapi to make up for it by assisting us. Instead, we wasted almost one afternoon making that trip to and from Kayseri airport ourselves. Could've spent that time with more sightseeing.

Review 26：amazing facilities, feel, look, set up, view, located on the hill, so amazing views but not close to the town, so depends on what your looking for, i felt it was great, and they do a transfer by bus to the town, only down side was the bed, it was ok, but not amazing.

Review 28：This hotel was wonderful, catered to our every need & provided little complimentary extras that made the stay that much more special. The views are stunning, the pool area & restaurant is beautiful & the rooms have been very tastefully renovated & decorated. The bathroom in particular has an amazing big bath to soak in with beautiful lighting. Makes you want to live in a cave.

Review 42：Our only criticism albeit it small, was that although the breakfast was plentiful in its choice, the hot choices were quite plain and tasteless, ( Pastries and gozleme ) There initially was no option for eggs other than the boiled eggs they put out, however after a couple of days of asking for fried eggs, the staff began to ask all guests if they had different preferences, we just thought they should have been doing this from the beginning. One small point in an otherwise great experience

Review 43：We booked a weeks stay in March 2015, having read numerous reviews and recommendations, they were all correct. The property oozes class the minute you hit the approach road. Our room although one of the smallest was wonderfully appointed, extremely tasteful and a wonderful experience. The hotel is a work in progress, and learning about the history of the location from the site manager was extremely interesting. Although there is work going on, it in no way encroaches on the rest of the hotel, in fact if you didn't wander too far from the completed parts of the hotel you would never know it was going on. The restaurant and pool area is in an elevated position and offer wonderful views over Urgup. The Spa is wonderfully decorated, although we did not use it as never found the time!. We booked our hot air balloon ride through the hotels sister company Royal Balloons which was effortless and a wonderful experience. Toiletries were of a good quality and plentiful.

Review 46：Loved the attention to detail in this rare 5 star hotel. We stayed in a suite which was great almost like a mini apartment. Sep lounge, upstairs big bedroom, and big bathroom with a claw foot bath. Plus you have a shared courtyard with views and seating area. Although its steep and there are lots of stairs to even the restaurant don't worry about this they will drive you there in their golf cart.

Review 49：This boutique hotel is a renovation of old cave houses in the historical part of the Urgup area. The final project is amazingly beautiful. Cave suits are well decorated and comfortable. You can find your self-peace and have the best romantic moments. Romance and luxury are the two key words for this boutique hotel. Highly recommended for honeymoon.

Review 62：Whilst the private caves were excellent and gives you the full Turkish with Hamam experience - the bed was very damp. I suppose its the walls and the condensation of the room that makes the sheets and covers very damp but it was a very uncomfortable sleep, we felt like we were sleeping in a water bed that start leaking & was very very cold at night.

Review 63：The view was exquisite, along side with the whole Private Hamam and the hotel being able to book Royal Hot Air Ballooning within a few hours. Staff were very helpful and lovely. Food was exceptional in the restaruant as well. The privacy that you get with this Turkish experience was amazing.

Review 64：Only (very minor) downsides were that our room wifi broke and had to be reset, the shower was really a bathtub with a shower head, there is no AC in the rooms, which is normally ok given the cave temperature, but not ideal if you prefer a colder room. We had a rental car, which made things convenient, but for those without a car, it is about a 10 minute drive to Goreme.

Review 65：Hard to believe that there is a better hotel in Cappadocia. This place checks all the boxes...service, amenities, character, facilities. We had an incredible stay of 3 nights.

The cocktails in the restaurant were not good at all and did not represent what they were supposed to be (e.g. mojitos and pina coladas) 4. I tried a massage in the new Spa center and the masseur came with normal clothes and the room did not have music or anything. So too expensive for what it is. 5. The shower room was clotted and the water used to overflood the corner of the bathroom. In this exact corner we saw "mold" on the wall and reported it, but no clarifications were done during the stay. 6. The worst came during our last night, we found an scorpion in the living room! We did not make a big deal with the spider we found the first day, but with this scorpion it showed clearly that their controls to let insects inside the room is not working properly.
