Review 1：On Christmas Eve when We wanted to go back to our room, the hotel's doors were locked. Reception was empty and dark. We knocked then the woman opened with a angry face, not even said 'good evening' just looked at us like we're bothering her. We went inside, and she locked the door and sat down on the couch with a tablet even paying no attention to us.
Review 2：All ladies ( except one) on reception desk was very friendly and nice. They always ask if you like something warm for breakfast
Review 3：Every time I've booked I've requested a double bed and ended up with two singles. Wifi is very poor not idea if you are on business which I am Bar closes at between 9-10 in the evening and as there is no mini bar, again is quite frustrating for business travellers

Review 5：Attended a family reunion for Americans meeting cousins in Poland for the first time. Dinner was delicious,authentic Polish cuisine. Rooms in refurbished hotel are lovely.
