Review 1：Noisy during the night. We could hear people walking in the corridor, children running, slamming doors, furniture being dragged even around midnight. Poor Wi-Fi reception.

Review 3：You have to pay the whole stay while check in! If you leave early they don't give your money back, you have to spend 1/2 h on discussion... The air conditioning are aged and makes a lot of noise. Can't get access to the pool. The restaurant is not ready. The staff is not really helpful and doesn't speak english.

Review 9：The window lets in a breeze of wind. isn't a problem if your concerned about temperature because Taif is cold even in the summer but might be a problem if you have a member of the family with Asthma. The AC units where window units and where loud.

Review 11：No hair dryer, it is very essential. No Microwave, though there was a stove with oven-grill option, but separate Microwave oven will be helpful to quickly heat the eatables regularly. No options for Relaxation like SPA, Massage etc.

Review 16：I was travelling from doha to makkah. The location is easy to find with direction from booking.com. New hotel, clean, spacious, near masjid and petrol station. Free wifi and parking. Groceries and pharmacy in the ground floor.

Review 17：1. The signage is not in English so non-Arabic speakers will struggle to find it.2. The booking.com map (and link on google maps) is wrong and shows the hotel location in the wrong place. It's not near (opposite) the airport rather very close to the Mutamaraat rd junction. 3. The swimming pool was very cold and seems unserviced. Local staff admitted it was neglected. 4. Location was ok but not central to Taif 5. None of the staff could speak English. 6. The Wifi seemed to be intermittent so just used my own 4g sim data after a few attempts. May have just been me not being patient. NOTE - These points are just suggestions for improving the service. Otherwise this was a very enjoyable stay and we as a family would definitely stay again.

Review 18：1. Clean, large and new. Every bedroom had it's own bathroom etc.2. The style of the housing was very suited for large families. There was comprehensive facilities in the room for our family needs of 4 adults and 4 kids (i.e. extra beds, vacuum, iron, complete self catering kitchenware, etc) 3. A very distinct Saudi feel with all furnishings linked to that theme. The associated mosque outside also had the audio of the prayer organised on the hotel corridor speakers (but fairly low in volume). 4. All the basic shops and amenities very accessible downstairs from the hotel including 24 hour supermarket, pharmacy, fruit shop and Arab restaurant. 5. Basic kids play area

Review 19：The location of the hotel at google map is wrong. It is near kubri siyanah. Secondly, no restaurant in the hotel. It was not easy to arrange meal and breakfast.
