Review 1：Dissapointed the restaurant wasn't open pn the night we were there.
Review 2：Central location, off street parking, rooms back from road made for a quiet night. Lovely room with a great bed, really appreciated the upgrade to the premium room.

Review 6：The Reception lady was so warm and welcoming, and after a long 13hr drive, it was lovely to see a smiley happy face and she even recommended where we culd get a steak and she was spot on.

Review 8：Helpful staff - the tariff - reasonably sized room with queen bed, lounge, table and three chairs. Good shower and effective air-conditioning.
Review 9：The room was in poor condition, paint was peeling off the ceiling, walls & ceiling were dirty, towels stained and basin had rust stains. The hair dryer had the fan guard missing and therefore was dangerous.

Review 11：Our hotel room was quite 'tired' and dated, but they were in the process of updating the rooms with our friends in on of the newer ones.

Overcharged as we were quoted under $200 by Booking.com No offer of breakfast in our room so didn't try to order some, which we would have if we'd known about its availability.

Review 19：The Motel had no sign. The restaurant was closed (I booked specifically because it was supposed to have a restaurant on site). I booked 2 deluxe twin single rooms and the difference in decor was unbelievable - one room was lovely and the other had peeling paint, damage to the door etc. I had to ring the bell in the office 3 times to get any attention and our late checkout was not registered on the list that the cleaners had so we had multiple knocks on the door that shouldn't have happened!!

Review 24：We have to make weekly visits to Taree for doctor appointments and chose Caravilla as an alternative to a much more expensive Motel closer to town which proved to be a very unfriendly and aloof environment when we stayed there. Management at Caravilla presented as friendly and eager to make stay enjoyable. We happily rebooked accommodation there.
Review 25：The car parks are a bit tight and with no numbers on the bays someone parked in the bay next to our unit which meant we had to park in someone elses bay.
Review 26：We accidently left my husbands jacket in the cupboard. About 1/2 hr later we received a call. As we were still in the area it was easy to drop back to pick it up. The promptness with which we were called was pleasing. Lovely area to sit and chat near the pool.
Review 27：The paint on the ceiling was peeling in large pieces. The AC was in the wrong spot and blew over the bed. We had to change rooms in the beginning because the first room smelled very musty. The AC did not work in my daughters room and she had to change to another one.
