Review 1：Stayed in the old building which required carying luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Weather was hot with no air conditioning.

Review 3：Between the barking dogs at the kennel, the train tracks right next to the hotel, and constantly hearing car sirens this place was super noisy. The bed was HORRIBLE!!! It was pretty much just a mattress pad on box springs. Would not recommend staying here at all!!

Review 8：The size of the room first impressed us being approximately 9m by 9m. It was characterful with a sloping ceiling and three windows. Despite that the lighting was low in some areas. We really enjoy our food and appreciated the very elegant restaurant with a menu to match. Every meal we had was a delight and there was nothing we could criticise – they represented both quality and quantity. It was good to see a selection of wines at reasonable prices with a few available by the glass. Sometime you had to wait a bit longer than expected for your next course but that gave time for the previous one to go down and one needs to remember that quality doesn’t come quick, eating is an occasion. The staff were excellent, being efficient and friendly. We needed to engage their assistance a couple of times, so a big thank you all and to the chief and kitchen staff who we never met..
Review 9：Divan beds but no mattress on our bed(s). Booked a double but were given twin singles. No air conditioner. Had to request a fan. Small on-suite. Although staff were friendly and helpful there was often a problem with language communication. Problems with bills for our evening meals. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Noise from trains during the night.
