Review 1：Pool only open from 6:00 pm till 10:00 pm Shutter only runs from 6:30am in the morning till 9:00am and 3:30pm till 6:00pm. Need a ride to the metro at 5:30 am could not get it... Was at the front desk at 5:30 am and was told they would call the drive at 6:30am come 6:30 had to ask again for them to call. at 6:45am he finally arrived did not help with luggage when he arrived nor when we got to the metro. Had a bus to return home by the grace of God we made it.

Review 3：Our first night they placed us in a room that was an exterior room off a busy road. There was a lot of noise, college kids drag racing. This hotel is not worth $92 a night. They did move us to a better location the 2nd night but didn't have a refrigerator or microwave in the room.

Review 5：Staff at breakfast I came for waffle at 9:40 she said wasn't making any more. I was like okay but I payed for breakfast and it doesn't end until 10.

Review 7：The room had space marks, unpainted areas on the walls, and it smelled. The rail to the second floor was wobbly and unsteady. The concrete on the steps had settled and the steal edges made it easy to catch shoes on and tripping to occur.

Review 8：When the National Archives closed for a stand-down, we were unable to do any research. That put us in College Park early. The Desk Clerk Alan arranged for us to have an early check-in. Thanks Alan for your extra effort and excellent service! We also liked having a Life Guard at the pool.

Review 9：Room was near the pool and activity area. Too noisy with kids screaming and running wild. Bathroom was very small and shower didn't have enough water pressure.

Review 13：Continental breakfast was ok. I didn't like that someone makingwaffles was emptying trash cans and didn't wash hands or have gloveson. I didn't like that the person making wafes was later seencleaning. I guess if that is how she starts the day it's ok but Ihad no idea if she had just cleaned a toilet and had been called away tomake waffles. No name tags seen. No uniform.

Review 17：The non smoking room's bathroom stunk of cigarette smoke. The shower curtain and towels retained the smoke smell. Housekeeping staff did not adequately get rid of the odor before releasing the room to us. Also one of the mattresses needed to be replaced.

The continental breakfast was a joke and don't ask for extra towels because you won't get any. Overall we should have just spent the extra $40 and stayed in the hotel down the street.

Review 22：Extremely uncomfortable beds, no microwave or refrigerator (though the spaces for these two things were there and empty), breakfast was described as, "deluxe continental breakfast", but only consisted of bread products and boiled eggs. To get a hot breakfast, you had to pay extra. The room was hot and A/C didn't cool the room. Carpet was dirty, and room was old. Water damage around bathroom door, tub drained very slowly, bathroom door lock was inoperable. Advertised putt-putt golf course was a single green, with three holes.

Key cards never worked had ours replaced 4 times even after cleaning staff reported problem never addressed. Staff when we first got to hotel was nice and helpful, but she was the only one. Others were indifferent and rude. TV would not turn on when called to report we were told it was us not TV. After waiting over 2 hours staff came in told us, we did not plugged in. Staff checked TV was plugged in turned out it was the outlet. Outlet would not work.

Review 40：The first 2 non smoking rooms reeked of smoke sent me into a asthma attack. The third room had a french fry behind the tv stand that house keeping never picked up. There was also hair in the tub. On the third day housekeeping never cleaned the glasses just left them dirty on the table.

Review 48：People knocked on our door that were stating elsewhere in the hotel thinking our room was theirs and woke up our family of 5. Not fun waking up 3 kids under 10. The light that was in a sensor went off and turned on numerous times the first night until we figured out we had to cover the sensor with a towel. Lots of smokers at all doors. Had to replace our keys that didn't work 3 times in 3 days.

Most rooms have doors located to the outside of the building, some on street , some on parking lot side, very noisy and quite frankly , not a safe feeling.The interior rooms are located with a indoor pool surrounding them. Be prepared for continuous noise from pool goers till 10pm. And lets talk about the disgusting pool!! you cannot see past your waist, water is cloudy and above the pool is molded black ceilings and a indoor rug along the edge of the pool that probably has more mold spoors than i can to think about..

They provided all the amenities we value--great wifi, coffee pot, fridge, microwave, an abundance of towels (a rarity). Review 58：Terrible acoustics...every lobby noise can be heard in the guest rooms. Heating in our room was broken and we were offered the chance to change rooms but we were too tired to do so. Room smelled of strange chemicals and faintly of old smoke. Check-in and check-out took longer than typical.

The restaurant that was attached to the hotel, that was suppose to serve breakfast Was NOT serving breakfast..Even though the hotel had a sign at the entrance that advertised such!! There was metal sticking out of the side of the bed and I cut my leg. I was told that the maids move the beds when they make them and do not tell any one!! Two people in our party had to move because the A/C was not working..NEVER AGAIN!!!
