Review 1：The space of the property the comfort of the sofas and bed the wardrobe space the frequent cleaning and all the essential appliances and utensils. The friendliness of the owner and the welcome food and drink.
Review 2：No restaurants at walking distance. Basically you need to use your car so someone should be sacrificed and don't drink. 5 min to drive. Having a rental car is a must on this island. It's too nice to explore and by bus is not an option.
Review 3：We liked everything. The owner was very friendly and even let us use the showers after CO since we had all day for exploring Praslin and take the 18:00 ferry for Mahe. Basically we had an entire villa just for us. Very good facilities, close to a nice beach and fully equipped for self catering...though we didn't had to use it as take-away food was very cheap and tasty. Also there are nice restaurants ...but they are not at walking distance. They also have their own parking area which is very useful.
Review 4：The closest minimarket is within 2 km distance, but with a rental car, this is no longer a problem
Review 5：The guest, Natasha is so great! On our arrival she provided us water , juice, and something to eat. She came several times during our stay to check on us if everything was ok. The bed was great - very big and comfortable- the room was situated upstairs and had a lovely view over the ocean. Everything was perfect!
Review 6：Be aware of ants - do not leave sweets open. WiFi coverage was poor. The nearest beach is not for swimming (e.g. car rental solves the problem).
Review 7：Natasha is very helpful. If you travel with kids, you probably experienced that somebody's support is sometimes very needed. And Natasha is very glad to help, as she did for us. She can help with organising some boat trips (be aware of some direct sellers in Anse Volbert, e.g. Jean Paul has cheated us), with organising rental of a car (with baby chair). You can be surprised with a nice welcome at this place. :)

Review 9：Me and my wife loved this place. Natasha, the owner, assures that everything goes smoothly and your stay is as relaxing as it could be. Some examples: - My flight to Mahe was cancelled. It meant that I would lose my flight from Mahe to Praslin. As soon as I called Villa Kass to let them know I would probably not arrive on the first night, she called Air seychelles and organized to have my name on a later flight. And yes, I was able to get the latest flight on the day. - Because I would arrive late, Natasha bought fruits, bread, milk... Just in case we were hungry on arrival. For free. Amazing - She organized the car rental. Much cheaper than getting the taxi from the airport. She was always available, and smiling and welcoming to our questions... And yes, the house was 50 meters from the beach, had everything we could need to self cater, a big balcony, and a large kitchen and an excellent shower.
Review 10：The beach across the street was not the best and the bus system on Praslin can be annoying at times. Also unfortunately there are no restaurants or shops nearby, you can only reach them by bus or by car (walking is not really an option due to the streets on Praslin).
Review 11：Natasha and her family were very friendly and perfectly organized. One of her brothers was our taxi and picked us up at the jetty and brought us back and her other brother brought us dinner one day and we booked a great boat trip with him. Also it was possible to order some supplies which he brought us. The villa itself had every thing we need and was in good condition. The bus stop was very close. The nice and warm people made our stay perfect.
