Review 1：That so many people were in and out of rooms and selling drugs is that they were prostitutes on the property that were trying to get with guest and I feel like the staff could have been a little more nice and aware of activity going on instead of being on their phones

Review 3：Arrival at 8:00 pm with no open lobby and a welcoming behind a plexiglass windows. Urine smells in the corridors and in the elevator.

Review 5：1. The type of people that are at this location makes it very unsettling. They block the stair case while smoking. 2 It appears to be a hang out location for the locals. The two days I stayed there were liquor bottles sitting in corridor I even noticed one was broken with food containers spewed all over. 3 My blanket had a hole and the comforter had blue stains. Thankfully they replaced them two hours later

Review 7：The lady at the desk was pleasant. The pictures of the room online was nothing like it was. Looked very extravagant online but not at all in person. I came in around 10p.m. and was kinda scared. There were guys hanging out in the back parking lot drinking & partying. Just as a young woman traveling alone made me a little uneasy. In the bathroom floor was someones hair & the washcloth on the sink was rolled up and dirty. Only other thing I was disappointed in was the drink machine was out of order.

Review 9：When I arrived there was 4 people lounging around the check in desk, just hanging out. After getting my room key I noticed my room door was already open. laslty there were cars in the parking lot on flats filled with stuff making it look like a homeless shelter.

Review 22：The location was next to a very busy road and the noise took some getting used to. The wifi was free, but my tablet could not connect due to the weak signal. My phone on the other hand was able to connect without a problem. Also my room was at the top of the stairs meaning that every single person that came to the second floor had to pass by my room. This had the after effect of being very noisy with pedestrian traffic.

Review 28：The building is newly renovated. We had a very quiet room in the back on the first floor. The internet is readily available with a strong signal. NO BED BUGS. The rooms were very clean. No issues getting what we needed.The coffee is better than the local resturants
Review 29：We had an incident where an older man tried to get into our room. He must have had a key because the door opened up while we were inside. Good thing we locked the bar from the inside so he couldn't get all the way in. I called the front desk and security came right over and we were given new keys with a new door code. No other incidents afterward.

Review 36：This was my first time in Durham north carolina. I always wanted to see a Duke basketball game live. so when the opportunity came, I took advantage of it, and made Red Roof Inn a part of it. with the friendly staff and the nice clean room, made my experience that much better.
Review 37：The room was dirty. There was stains on the sheets and hair an dirt in our bed. The lights above our bed did not work. The room had a wet, muggy feel to it and a bad moldy odor. The bed was hard as a rock with thin as paper blankets and pillows made for infants. We felt very unsafe here. As there was lots of people just hanging around in the parking lot. We had someone try to get in our room around 3am. It scared us and really scared our children. We itched all night and my husband woke up with nasty bites all over his back

Review 87：I was giving unclean room with a dead frog in it....I ask for room on second floor but I was still giving room on first floor and the room unclean also. As I was tired from long drive from Atlanta I kept second room. After we went out second day we expect room to be clean, since we saw housekeeping two doors down when left hotel. We returm to the hotel several hours later to see our room was not touch. So call front desk to get room clean. So left again for an hour,WHEN we return we see our bef was made up with same sheets from yesterday and the bathroom have not been touch...but our towels and rags was change out.So this was by far worst hotel I been too.Also the ad say free working WiFi, not even close. ?.Wifi was down entire time....

Sanihya at the durham red roof had people behind me to check in but she took the time to look up directions and print out for me to get to the triangle facility -Wasn't impressed w the triangle red roof. -Not many options available during my stay for other motels d/t colleges graduations. -was not impressed and would not stay there again
