Review 3：In summary the hotel is the worst place I have ever seen, elevator always not working in good condition the price is too high and the room is not well organized.

Review 5：The bedroom and bathroom space made it difficult for someone in a wheelchair. There was garbage in the fridge. There were no dishes, etc and it was a kitchen apt that boasted a fully stocked kitchen. The coffee pot wouldn't stay turned on, and you had to hold the button down. Room service very slow. Not enough towels, said housekeeping staff gone for the day! I feel that this hotel, although has some good points, is far overpriced for what it is and what it does and doesn't have in place as advertised. Hope this helps future travelers. The hotel needs to be more diligent in the upkeep of their rooms.

Review 15：Uncomfortable beds, long dark halls (like a horror movie), lights were burned out, staff unprofessional, apartments are huge with ceramic floors, its like you are living in a big bathroom. Beds are uncomfortable, bellows are like rocks, They have no clue how to run a hotel. I should have slept in my car.

Review 61：Reception was nice, but maintenance was a problem, they did not respond to our phone calls, The apartment was without a fridge and stove, only after pressure they provided new ones. There was dust in the carpet and the air was not fresh. but otherwise clean.
Review 62：I stayed in the royal suite. It is huge apartment, and close to everything in Taif. It is a nice upgrade to the quality if compared to other hotels in the area; i.e.it is one of the best in Taif. I will visit again.
Review 63：some windows are open and stuck so you can hear the street noise there are a celebration hall in the hotel so may be you will hear some loud music until 3 am the room service stuff are bad they didn't do what you want for example the room key not working so he took the key to change it and forget it so i went back after 1 hour to the reception to take another key also when i call them no answering
