Review 1：Orderes a club sandwich from room service took 1h to arrive and when it finally arrived the fries were cold and the sandwich was tasteless.

Review 2：Amazing beach facility and that complementary bottle of iced water well needed on those hot days!

Review 7：I have marked them down on location simply because the area around the hotel and Tunisia in general is very messy and there is litter everywhere. I would also warn people about use of the spa facilities which did not come up to the standards I would expect - a seaweed wrap treatment left me with minor burn marks - these were treated by the in spa doctor and I recovered quickly , but meant no sun bathing for a couple of days. I was compensated and the heating pad was sent for checking.

Review 8：This is a superb hotel. fully deserving of its five stars and its LHOTW status. It has real class. Rooms were well appointed, the public areas superb and the entrance lobby just out of this world. We enjoyed superb service throughout. The pool was excellent, the beach was well monitored and kept as clean as possible. Would highly recommend for those who have any kind of dietary restriction as they cater for all tastes and serve truly international cuisine.

Review 32：There was nothing about the hotel that I did not like. At the start of a new season there are always minor teething problems on the 'house' side. However, I know the managerial staff were working hard to improve the awareness of their cleaning staff in ensuring guests did not have to request some essentials.

Review 33：An extremely friendly and helpful staff. A superbly appointed room. Breakfasts catered for every nationality. Every required accessory was in the room. Pool was clean and hygienic. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel which is worthy of LHOTW status. Compares more than favourably with hotels in the same category.
