Review 1：There was a robbery by a guest to a guest during the night that was resolved in the morning. Didn't feel safe staying here.

Review 3：I arrived later than I had hoped, but very excited to stay and sleep as I had been traveling all day. The person was waiting for me and charged my credit card after I explained I wanted to pay cash. He then told me I needed a $300 deposit and I explained I only had an extra $150 and was only sleeping there for 5 hrs before driving back home. He was rude and shut me down. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you are in a pinch or like dealing with positive humans.

Review 9：We stayed for 9 days and cleaning of room was inconsistent in timing and at times not done thoroughly. Had to keep reminding cleaning staff to clean our rooms on a timely basis, when to change our sheets and couple of times trash cans not emptied. The air conditioning when turned on emitted a stale odour.

The staff were exceptionial. friendly & helpful. I would stay there again in a heart beat. Also use of Washer & Dryer was a plus. The Rates in June were another plus.
Review 22：Broadway Inn is conveniently located, and within walking distance from downtown and U of O and also NCU campuses. My grandson attends NCU and I was able to walk with him to numerous places that the two of us needed to visit. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Review 36：Next door neighbors were incredibly loud. This seems to be common behavior these days. Manners are something that many people don't have. This is not the fault of the motel.

Choices at the breakfast was a bare minimum, no butter for the bread, or cream cheese for the bagals. Area of the Inns location is so, so. A bit over priced compared to others of a similiar age group. Children must be supervised very well if walking to any place, since the traffic in front of the Inn is very fast. Did not use the pool, so no comment on it.

Review 66：The Broadway Inn is convenientely located a few blocks from the lively downtown area and the University of Oregon campus: both can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Rooms are small but clean well equipped (TV, desk, fridge and microwave oven), with individual controls for the aircon temperature. The bathroom is clean and the beds are comfortable. The WiFi is free and works well. There is also a small swimming pool: it's OK for children or if you want just cool down in its water after driving many hours. Cost is right given the several advantages listed above.
