Review 1：Very noisy with out of control youth hockey and dance tournament participants running in halls and screeching. Neither parents nor hotel put a stop to it. All four rooms in our group complained to no avail. Breakfast food was marginal, omelet bar was good though.

Review 13：We werenon 3rd floor courtyard. There were pigeons all over the window sill and poop all over. One thing bothered me was...they pooped all over the a.c. unit. If we had run the unit with outside air venting in the thought of pigeon poop infested air coming in was more than distasteful. I mean...really? I think that this really detracts from the high quality one would expect.

Review 22：Computer system was down on arrival. Front desk staff untrained andgave poor directions on how to access areas of hotel. Were given"FAIL SAFE" keys on arrival, with the promise of an updatefrom the front desk once computer system came up. No contact ever madeby front desk, and they seemed as though they couldn't care lessabout customer satisfaction. When we returned the fail safe key oncheckout, barely got any audible acknowledgement that we brought theseback to the front desk.

Review 24：We were notified upon arrival that the pool would be out of service for our entire stay which was disappointing. When we arrived in our room we found remnants of food from previous guests on the floor & food in the fridge. Also, due to being from out of country, one of the main things we look for is complimentary wifi, which this hotel lists. However, it was not available in the room most of the time due to problems they were having - according to the front desk staff - & only the public wifi worked but not in the rooms. No compensation was given, the manager did not contact us to discuss these problems as requested & they charged more than what we booked for on booking.com - not impressed.

Review 25：The beds were very comfortable, they honored our request of being on the upper floor, it was convenient being attached to the mall & the breakfast was one of the best we've had included in the stay.

She loved the indoor pool as well as the wonderful breakfast with omelet bar each morning. We forgot a charger for her tablet and found out the mall was connected to the hotel, how convenient. A great stay, we'll stay there again for sure next time we're in Kalispell

Location was nice in the respect it was right downtown and you could walk around but construction at the time we were there made it difficult. Didn't like it being connected to the mall because it made me feel less secure.

Funny, the "free internet" that was advertized never said that. The other item is that the room is so small that if you are sitting at the desk your partner does not have enough room to walk between the chair and the bed to get by

Review 42：The room was very nice and had plenty of room. The furnishings were very nice and the room was clean and quiet. The only down side was the elevator in the front was broken the whole time we were there and we had to use the elevator in the rear of the building which was not bad. The free breakfast was the best I have ever had at any hotel, very well done. The hotel is connected to a mall which is very nice. We were able to walk and shop and did not have to leave the main building. The court yard was very nice with a hot tub and a fire pit. I would stay there again.

Review 43：We spent couple nights there for Glacier park trip. When we check in , it looks fine. But after spent a night and leave for a trip, we came back and found that the room wasn't clean. But we came back almost 9pm, too late to do anything. But we need at least clean towels, which have to wait for 40 min........ Poor service.

Review 47：I really like the location of this hotel..there is a mall attached right to the hotel. My husband doesn't like to shop all that much, so he can stay in the room, while i head downstairs to shop. There is a free breakfast in the morning as well, with a chef there to make fresh omelettes to your liking, with a nice variety of other items as well. The room was clean with a nice, comfy bed, and although it is located close to the highway, i was concerned about traffic noise, but there was none..Awesome!

Review 48：1 out of 2 elevators working, 1 out of 3 ice machines working, carpet very worn. Hotel is actually on the end of a big mall next to a casino, surrounded by parking lot. Did not get a feel for downtown Kalispell at all.

Review 54：I came to Montana from Maine for my best friends wedding. My girlfriend and I had a long day of traveling but were ready to go and explore. With that said, the standard check-in is at 4pm and I had requested a 1pm check-in. Done. Not to mention the fact that the young man at the counter had to get some help from his manager to make sure our room was just right... So he told us to have a seat and brought us bottled water. At that time I thought it would be awhile before we could get into our room but it only took about 45 seconds.
