Review 1：Most hotels suffer from HVAC cleanliness or lack of maintaining. A good cleaning of your heating and cooling system would improve issues related to respiratory conditions. (stuffiness and sickness)

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the research triangle park/Raleigh/Durham area. The staff go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable!

Review 7：Paper thin interior walls - Extremely Noisy. From my neighbor - I heard every word - as if they were right in the room with me. In the hallways - every closing door, every conversation, every delivery of room service in the early morning hours. It was not what I would have expected at such an exclusive and frankly, pricey hotel. Suggestion: Post signs in the hallways reminding guests (and staff) to be considerate of others while in the hall and in their rooms - It's a lot less expensive than remodeling and sound proofing the interior.

Review 20：I booked in advance and obtained a very good rate for the room, so for me it was also really good value for money (the equivalent of £120 per night which was remarkable for a hotel of this high end quality) but if you don't book early, and have to pay full price, then it would be expensive given the prices of other good hotels in the area.

Review 21：The standard of service was exceptionally high, from those at the front desk and behind the bar to the ladies who cleaned the room. It was impressive from start to finish (and I stayed there for 5 nights). The rooms are sumptuously furnished, very clean and very comfortable.

The hotel is absolutely lovely and your ratevery good, but one gets a definite sense that because our reservationwas made through booking.com, our status is not quite the same asregular guests. The room, while pretty and comfortable, was right by theelevator, overlooking the parking lot, with some broken bathroomfixtures. This has happened to us on other occasions when we bookedthrough a company offering discounted rates. I am now of the opinionthat hotels set aside the least desirable rooms for discounted rateguests. And I guess that is fair. But it creates a twinge ofdisappointment and a feeling of being viewed as slightly lessdesirable...like a guest who is politely tolerated rather than welcomed.I am not sure this uneasy feeling is worth the savings.
