Review 1：What I did not like about Dinler Hotels was that on the internet itmentions that everything is inclusive - however, once we arrived theindoor pool and indoor facilities required extra money. We have been toa number of other 5 star resorts and not once were we told to pay extrato use these facilities. We were looking very forward to using thesefacilities as it was too cold to use the outdoor facilities. The facetowels smelt of meat as if we received these from the butcher - it wasdisgusting, I could not believe such a highly rated hotel will providesuch smelly towels. The amount of money that we have spent at this hotelis not worth it if we have to keep paying extra money to use facilitiesthat should be inclusive. The hotel was also very old looking and wewould have preferred to go to a less rated hotel as they would have beennewer. The shower/bath is too small and very uncomfortable as well. Wedid not enjoy our stay at all. Once we approached the hotel staff aboutthese problems they denied every single complaint. Before our stay wealso sent an email with our reservation to enquiry about transfers andthey did not respond nor assist us with tours when we asked at the frontdesk. Very unhelpful very disappointed. Half Board apparently means youpay for drinks during Dinner which again was not mentioned on thewebsite. It is all "assumed"
