Review 8：Clean friendly staff. No one could speak any engligh unfortunately which caused a few problems. I completely understand though so i give them the thumbs up. I would recommend them highly.
Review 9：should provide milk to go with morning coffee instead of unhealthy cream. oh! some guests like to have forks as cutlery. A bit overpriced for 1 night.

Review 11：1. The lighting in my room was very poor. There was no bed lamp or desk lamp. Only ceiling lights. 2. When I arrived my safe was already locked; so I had to call and get it opened. 3. Around 8 PM and after, there are few or no tuks-tuks around in this neighborhood 4. The laundry fee was high--and there is no alternative that I could find in the neighborhood. 5. My refrigerator was stuffed with drinks that I did not want, so I had to set them on the floor in order to make space for the drinks that I did want and bought myself.
Review 12：1. The hotel is in a downtown neighborhood in which there are few foreign tourists, but a range of local eating possibilities. 2. Despite some misunderstandings, the desk staff were very polite and conscientious. The maids were hardworking and competent. 3. I was able to get a heavily discounted price on Booking.com when I committed to stay for 3 days. 4. The wi-fi was fast 90% of the time.

Review 14：Due price quality a very good hotel. Good restaurants and coffee/tea shops nearby. A big plus is the free airport transfer. We would certainly book it again.
Review 15：I stayed in a room which had a bad smell. Even maid already cleaned up, the smell was still bad. This problem annoyed me. Anyway, I changed to another room (2 nights after) It was much better.

Review 17：Noise level. Not a light sleeper by any means but was not expecting to be kept awake most of the night by the sound of passing cars, etc. Ended up leaving after one night and booking a hotel elsewhere.
