Review 1：Not sure where to start but cleanliness was not there, nor comfort (I never slept on a white table cloth before until I visited, as the bed sheet) if you like using used towels here they are. 4 star hotel with no wifi connection unheard of. Room decor remind you of the late 80s. And yet with the latest version of the samsung flat screen. This was (in 2002) a 4 star hotel. management should start with this place all over again.

Review 9：WIFI connection very, very slow making it almost impossible to perform normal navigation. For people that needs WIFI to perform videoconferences or simple watch online tv or movies, you can forget about it.

Review 10：When you travel a lot you want an environment you can relax in. Interiors and lighting need to be improved white poor to be honest The beds are uncomfortable and tv and bathroom area not what I would expect from a hotel with this star rating. The wifi is poor and doesn't always work which is quite frustrating at times and is very restrictive for business people who need to reply to emails

Review 14：Hilarious English translations of hotel rules. Made me laugh till I cried. The breakfast was tasty and freshly prepared. The rooms were clean. The hotel is an old salt mill, which was turned into a hotel in 2002. It's a nice place to stay but there's not much around it to do at night.

Review 22：The keys we had were out of all order. Our two keys could open all the doors in the corridor plus a few others. I guess they never scratched the coding of previous guests bookings and codes. I do not really know. The problem is that this was a common experience in the aeromodelling community staying there, quite a few people !! When we realized this fact we spread the news and started bringing all valuables leaving the room !! Please adress tis huge security issue for the best of everybody involved ! This is veryfrustating when you want to stay in tough with family back home. Thiswas my first trip to europe for a family reunion with Polish family Idid not know I had. So it was very important to stay in tough withfamily in America to tell them what was happening.

Review 36：Very bad service!!!! Hotel staff do not speak English. Some rooms are located on the fourth floor, but the elevator is only till third floor and you need to carry all your baggage with you by the spiral stairs. Hotel staff do not offer help. For check in they need more than 30 minute. Very dirty in the bathroom. Bad experience!
