Review 1：The staff weren't professional at all Don't be surprised if the whole staff whatsupping while you are waiting at the reception desk At the restaurant and for 2 consecutive days no waiter came to serve us. No central water heater if you missed turning it on. God helps you in the shower. Lobby cafe working hours is vague no clear timings In room dining menu missing Hotel rating should be revised i barely rate it 3 stars Staff require training or perhaps business trip to the nearest 5 stars hotel.

Review 10：The mall can be accessed by taking the elevator to 1st floor. Dedicated underground parking in addition to parking location in front of the hotel enterance. The flexibility of adding extra bed in room. The view from my suite was wonderful.

For example, when I checked in I was given only one card were you need 2 but they told us the are out of cards!!. Also, I was given a room which I didn't book and the reason was they are full and I have to accept it!! ...ect

Review 21：The wifi is junk and not working and keeps disconnecting ,extremely slow, it takes 30-60 seconds to load a page. I called help desk twice and kept saying will be speak with IT. It's very shameful that a hotel that's considered a 5-star cannot afford to provide a high-speed internet. Also my TV wasn't working . So I had no form of entertainment.

Review 22：The location is good, there are many markets around the place, but good luck if you're travelling solo, you will not be permitted to enter any market , and you will see everything labelled as "FAMILIES ONLY" , I'm a married man myself, but travelled for business this time. The rooms are clean but are very small.

Review 30：It's not 5 stars. I would say either 3 stars or maximum 4 stars hotel. WiFi is really Bad. You can hear the guests talking in the other rooms. Taxi is big issue to find.

Review 80：the receiption staff (Saudi guys) were very rude. Also, saudi staff of the 29th and 30th floors were very rude too. they don't know how to welcome and treat hotel gusts. They give you a feeling that you are staying there free of charge and they give you a feeling that you are not trust able. They even refuse to give me a receipt when i gave the a cash deposit ???. One more thing, the Haya'a Mutawa (religious police) were patrolling (on feet) every corner of this hotel ???

Bed duvet, sheets and pilow cases were not changed after the previous guest. Minibar was empty and room service was too slow

No water heater for the coffee and tea and if you need to drink tea or coffee you have to call them to bring a cool thing. Finally, I don't recommend people to make their reservations in this kind of hotel nowadays. I think, this hotel need a higher class of management system to serving people in future as a human being services.

Review 104：Bad attitude towards clients from booking.com, high price for bad location, bad bad bad manager for the swimming pool very arrogant personnel who dont like strangers only locals, felt like disturbing them. Mall nearby worst scrap, should be demolished.
